Welcome to Bella Monte at Desert Ridge. This may be the nicest upscale unit in this gated, peaceful and safe complex with it's desirable view overlooking one of three pools with mountain view. This 1843 ft2 unit is the largest floor plan at Bella Monte and easily sleeps 6 friends or family with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Well appointed with granite counter tops, travertine tile, stainless steel appliances and cherry cabinetry throughout. Included WiFi with high download speed along with large desk for those working away from home. Located in family-friendly gated complex with access to three pool areas and exercise rooms. Easy access off of 101 freeway and minutes from shopping and entertainment (Desert Ridge Marketplace, High Street, Kierland Commons and WestWorld), world-class golf (TPC Scottsdale, Wildfire at JW Marriott, Troon, Pinnacle Peak and Grayhawk,) and the Mayo Clinic. Families and grandparents, don't forget about OdySea on the Desert (about 20 mins away) with its massive aquarium, butterfly gardens, dinosaur park and restaurants. The Grand Canyon and Sedona are about a 3 hour drive away too.

Master Bedroom:

King sized bed with a lovely, private garden view. Smart TV, large dresser and recliner all will make your stay as comfortable as possible. A very large walk-in closet will have plenty of room for your clothing and luggage needs. The master bedroom is smartly separated from the other bedrooms assuring peace and privacy if travelling with family or hosting visitors.

Master Bathroom:

Double sinks, soaker tub and shower are luxuriously appointed with large granite counter-tops and travertine tile. A private water closet is set to one side. There is plenty of counter-space and cabinetry for your storage needs.

Kitchen, Breakfast bar and Dining Room:

A fully equipped kitchen beautifully decorated with cherry cabinets, granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances will surely make meal preparation and entertainment a joy. You and your guests will enjoy the breakfast bar and large, expandable dinning table. The kitchen includes a ceramic-topped oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker/water dispenser. Keurig and traditional drip coffee makers are included as are a toaster, toaster oven, blender, among other small appliances. There is a full range of tasteful glassware, dishes, cutlery, cookware and bake ware to host a large group or provide options for a couple. There is a convenient pantry beside the fridge to store your supplies.

Living Room:

Tasteful leather furniture with seating for six will let you relax and enjoy the fireplace or watch your favorite show on TV or the included DVD player. ROKU TV is provided and includes many free channels but you will need to login with your own Netflix, Prime Video, Disney + or other streaming service for more options. A large office desk with printer is located to the back of the living area with plenty of daylight, but you will have to provide your own computer. Sorry no land phone line either so please ensure to bring your cell phone.

Second Bedroom:

Queen-sized bed with large closet with plenty of storage

Third Bedroom:

As spacious as the second bedroom, this former office now hosts a queen-sized bed

Guest Bathroom:

As with the master bath, granite counter-tops and Kohler faucets adorn this bathroom with a shower/tub combination. This bathroom is steps away from the second and third bedrooms and nicely accessible from the living room area.

Balcony:

Enjoy the morning sun but beat the afternoon heat with this perfectly situated balcony. You can see the pool and hear its water feature but enjoy privacy with the well-placed Palos Verde trees. Six people can enjoy meals on the slate dining room table.

Pool areas:

Bella Monte hosts three separate pool areas, each with a large, heated swimming pool, whirlpool, serene water feature and an air-conditioned and well-equipped exercise room. Having three to choose from is very handy as sometimes unavoidable maintenance can interrupt your visit and you don't want to miss your pool time! This is something to keep in mind as you shop for other options. There are also several communal barbecues to choose from at the pool area with plenty of seating to host a family gathering. There is a nice, clean bathroom beside the exercise room too.

Toys, Bikes and Pool toys

Whether you are travelling with your family, hosting visiting grandchildren or just young at heart, there is a LARGE bins of toys appropriate for boys and girls ages 2 - 8 located in the second bedroom. There are some board games and a few children's books too. Additionally you will find another two bins full of pool toys and floating lounge chairs appropriate for adult use (an included electric air pump will help inflate whatever you select). There is also a senior men's bike, a lady's bicycle and children's wagon with canopy to take advantage of the lovely and quiet pathways within the complex or the short distance to High Street/Desert Ridge Marketplace.

Laundry Room:

Top-load washer and dryer with adjacent sink with all the supplies are included

Garage:

Double car, attached garage. Visitor parking for guests is very close too.
