Our space is child & pet friendly and located on the border of North Phoenix & North Scottsdale. Our home has been in the family since 1994 and has years of memories and sentimentality.

This is the cutest little house! We loved it, so cosy and inviting. The bed was super comfortable, and it's location was very convenient for us. The host, Prescott was so helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Next time we come down i will definitely want to stay here again.

March spring training two weeks

Nice place, good neighborhood we felt safe in. Just enough room for the two of us. We were out and about most days to attend baseball games but nice to come home and fix a meal and have a relaxing evening.

Perfect place for our stay

It was a very comfortable and welcoming stay at the cottage. The cottage was as lovely as the pictures show. We had a little mishap with the TV but the guys were there that night and replaced it with no problems, thank goodness. Will definitely check in if in need.

Hello, my name is Prescott and I am a born and raised Phoenician. I love doing anything outdoors, or with any of my 8 pets. We love to go hiking, kayaking, and swimming in the summers. Recently, my husband and I purchased a 45’ Tiffin motorhome that we will be touring the country in for the next few years with our pets so I’m excited to see the country.

Why they chose this property

This home is been in my husbands family for two generations and was passed down by his mother. We love the neighborhood because it is very quiet with easy access to several freeways that will take you anywhere you want to go in the city in less than a half hour. The neighborhood also boasts lots of entertainment and food nearby.

What makes this property unique

We tried to cultivate a cozy, lived in feeling. We provide snacks, bubly, lots of coffee options, including, French press, Kuerig, or traditional. We also offer tea, hot cocoa, and lots of fixins. For those visiting the Mayo Clinic, we have upgraded the primary bed to a King Adjustable Superior Sleep Mattress with massage features for an a more comfortable recovery.
