Appartement à éviter

cet appartement est très vétuste. sommier déchiré. évier rouillé avec fuite au robinet que j'ai signalée, hotte très grasse, manque 2 carrelages à la tablette entre la cuisine et la pièce de vie, porte du balcon à rénover, dans la salle de bain pas de prise de courant obligé de débranché la machine à laver qui est dans le placard, bas de porte de douche sale et abîmé, tour du bac de douche noir, détecteur incendie ABSENT, télévision d'un autre temps avec décodeur TNT, impossible de s’asseoir sur le clic clac ou il bascule seul point positif son emplacement (proche de la plage, des commerces, rue piétonnes)
