Small 30m2 Chalet, 1 x double bed and 1 x single/day bed, Large private garden, owners live onsite, at approx 30m, who are available to assist throughout your holiday. Comfortable accommodation, shower room/toilet, Living room with TV, electric radiators, equipped kitchen (no washing machine or dishwasher) cooking utensils and crockery supplied, gas oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine. Patio area, parking. Only 5kms to local amenities. Pets welcome, open all year. Traditionally built in timber frame, this cosy chalet is comfortable and set in a peaceful setting of 4.5 acres of beautiful Normandy countryside. Direct access onto walking and cycle track to rear of property. Owners' accommodation and additional large gite are separate at approx 100m.

Cozy gite in quiet location

We had a lovely stay at La Boulangerie. The cottage was really cozy, clean, warm and very well-equipped. Susan the owner was very helpful and friendly, but not at all intrusive. Would definitely recommend it and visit again!

Beautiful small chalet perfect for day trips and relaxing

The chalet is quite small, but very nice for a couple (and a dog). The garden and landscape is beautiful and quiet. The location is great for day trips via car or bike to the surrounding villages and towns, or for just relaxing in the wide and open garden area on lawn chairs. The landlady is a very pleasant person and fast to reply too. Definitely recommended and worth a visit.

La Boulangerie

Spent 10 glorious sunny days in this delightful cottage. Everything we needed was there, and if it wasn't, then the ever helpful Sue would make it right. Even the dog enjoyed the large private garden. Will look at returning next year that's for certain. Thanks Sue. Trevor And Jill and Russel (Archie )

Heerlijke plek voor rustzoekers, comfortabel huisje

Je hebt een grote tuin die bij het huisje hoort waar je heerlijk in kunt zitten. Wij vonden het ook heel gezellig dat de kat elke dag even kwam buurten. En ook de hond en de kippen liepen af en toe langs, heel leuk. We hebben een bezoek gebracht aan Mont Saint Michel en aan het havenplaatsje Saint Malo. Beiden erg aan te bevelen. En de host Susan was goed te bereiken. Ze was aardig en deed haar best om het ons naar de zin te maken

Gîte cosy sur le chemin de la Véloscénie

En route à vélo sur la Véloscénie jusqu'au Mont St Michel, voilà une belle étape ! Joli petit gîte très cosy avec tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour agréable Merci à Susan pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

La Boulangerie

Wir wurden freundlich von Suzan empfangen; die Objektbeschreibung entsprach im Wesentlichen dem Inserat. Für 4 Übernachtungen ist das niedliche Häuschen mit großer Wiese zu empfehlen. Für unseren Hund ein tolles Spielfeld. Leider wirkte die Terrasse mit den Beeten etwas ungepflegt; der Grill ist äußerst einfach und wohl auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen; vielleicht könnten die Liegestühle auch mal erneuert werden. Zusammenfassend können wir sagen, dass wir uns wohl gefühlt haben und die Ausflüge in die Umgebung genossen haben.

Romagny fontenay

We had a lovely week, the chalet was perfect for two people. We enjoyed the large private garden and Tidds the cat kept us company. It was a real pleasure to feed the horses, donkey, goat and chickens. Tidds had her own treats. Sue was an excellent host and we enjoyed our chats.

The perfect place for a relaxing break. Clean and cosy chalet with all the home comforts. Fabulous setting with your own, well kept private garden. Just right for watching a peaceful sunset with a glass of wine at hand !! Susan was an extremely likeable, friendly and helpful owner....and never intrusive. A holiday we really enjoyed. Very warm welcome--very warm gite!

My husband and I spend a long time searching a suitable gite as we have two dogs who take priority. They are walked twice a day so walks need to be close by and not roads. This gite answer both these needs as there is a voie verte (walking route) just at the back of the property. Dogs sorted, the gite was superb. Very clean, totally equipped in kitchen, living/dining area, bedroom and bathroom. Private garden and parking. Sue is like the genie in the lamp--she appears so quickly to a text when you need anything. We were able to drive easily to the coast or inland to several interesting places that Sue was able to advise us on. My highlite was visiting the Christian Dior museum. Sue gave us advice on where to eat and she was sooo right. Children will love feeding the animals. We can highly recommend a stay here and we hope to return another time. many thanks Sue.

Perfect for a couple

My husband and I, along with our little dog, very much enjoyed staying in this chalet. It is so cleverly designed and made us dream of owning a little cabin just like it. We spent our days on adventures and our evenings enjoying wine and dinner in the garden. I recommend you stop at a grocery store along the way to pick up the supplies you need to snuggle in for the night and have a lazy breakfast in the morning.

Lovely cosy little property, beautiful place

A lovely quiet little getaway. Stayed for 4 nights this August. We had hot weather, every day was beautiful. It was perfect for our short stay. 2 adults and 1 child. Susan was lovely and very helpful. We arrived late and she checked we had everything we needed to get us through and brought over milk for us. The property is clean and well kept. The extensive semi enclosed garden was fairly private, and great for us during the day with our son in his little paddling pool, and for us to sit out in the evenings having BBQ's. We enjoyed it very much.
