The desirable BEACH BLOCK Summer Sands Condominiums offers this modern and spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit conveniently located to the sundeck and overlooking one of the two pools offered. Step inside this unit and you will see that it immediately differs, having been updated by the current owners which you will certainly appreciate. The living area is a very nice size with tile flooring, sofa bed, wall mounted TV, dining area and modern kitchen with sleek cabinets, glass 2 burner cook top and stainless steel microwave and full size refrigerator. The bedroom is a great size offers a king size bed, a set of bunk beds and a nice size closet, with plenty of room for a large dresser. There is a full tile bath with tub and newer vanity. Amenities at the Summer Sands include two pools, designated parking convenient to the unit, sundecks, six grills, six laundry rooms, storage, professional property management and more.

Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval. CHECK IN 3PM/CHECK OUT 10AM.

Wonderful place to stay

I was very impressed with the maintenance men here. Constantly cleaning everything and very friendly. Many people that are residents were so nice. The walk to the beach was super easy we were able to carry everything we needed for the day with 2 toddlers. Over all, loved it And couldn’t say enough nice things. The only negative was that the listing did not indicate much that was included and so I brought everything I could think of, and then didn’t need it because it was already provided and didn’t have anywhere to store it.

Pull out sofa bed uncomfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Overall cleanliness could have been better. Only one air conditioner in a two room suite makes both rooms uncomfortable.
