Enjoy sun-soaked beach days and quiet relaxing nights in this beautiful, ocean front, one bedroom condo in family-friendly Wildwood Crest. Note this unit is one of only 9 that face the beach/ocean directly! This 2nd floor unit, recently updated, boasts a breathtaking ocean view and a large front common patio area from which you can keep an eye on your kids playing on the beach. See the sunrise over the ocean, right from your front door!

This is a smoke free unit which sleeps 4; has CENTRAL AIR (many other units only have one through-the-wall unit) the master bedroom has two Queen sized beds. (Guests must provide their own linens and towels) There are two new flat screen smart TVs. Hulu is provided for viewing live TV, children programing, sports and streaming. There is free wifi. The newly refurbished kitchen features a microwave, full size fridge, 2 burner stove top, a coffee maker, a Keurig coffee machine, toaster and toaster oven. The bathroom has a full bath with tub. Enjoy two fresh water, heated swimming pools and lots of amenities including a coin operated laundry room, elevator, luggage carts, common area with 6 gas grills, and 6 common patio area sundecks with lounge chairs! There’s no busy road to cross, and you’re literally steps from the beach!

Minutes away is the Wildwood boardwalk with rides and shopping. Enjoy sightseeing, and the Lighthouse in Cape May, as well as some of New Jersey’s finest restaurants and wineries. The free Cape May Zoo, Sunset Lake, fishing trips, water activities and hundreds of fun entertainment options!

Very nice spot for our family of four. A very subtle smoke odor when we entered but cleared out quickly when we opened the windows. Beds were a bit soft for our liking but otherwise a very comfortable stay. Very clean and newly renovated bathroom.

Great 4th of July getaway

We had stayed at this property in the past and that is the reason why we returned. The location was excellent for us with easy access to the beach. The patio provided great views of the ocean. The property was very clean and had the amenities that we needed. In addition, we had an excellent view of all of the fireworks that were occurring on the evening of the 4th. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Place

Great view, right on the beach. My wife loved all the little extras the owners thought of. One for example was the extra hooks to hang bathing suits and towels on in the bathroom. Seems like every place we've ever stayed never had enough. I highly recommend staying here.

This is our third stay in this beautiful condo. We’ve already scheduled for 2026, that’s how much we love it. The owners, Trish and Brian, are so pleasant and easy to work with. The location is perfect. Faces the ocean with glorious views and an amazing deck space. We couldn’t ask for more. This condo is a true gem!

AMAZING Location with a VIEW

Overall our stay at this condo was more than we could have wished for. Second year staying at summer sands and it is such a pleasure having a family weekend. Condo was clean, Decorated adorable and great amount of room for me my husband and 3 year old. The community at Summer Sands is so welcoming and friendly. Pool is super clean and easy to get to. Easy access to the beach aswell. Very convenient stay. We definitely will be back and probably looking to make sure we book a week.

FANTASTIC accommodations!

Excellent location, right next to beach access with showers to clean off sand. Room was fantastic as was the outdoor living spaces. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner on the porch. Owners were extremely accommodating and cleaning staff was awesome. Would highly recommend this spot!!! LOVED IT!

Beautiful Condo on the Beach!

My family and I had a fabulous time in this clean, beautifully decorated beach condo. My mom and I enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio watching the ocean! Boardwalk and amenities were very close. Our hosts made us feel very welcomed and made our stay open we will always remember! We look forward to returning.

Relaxing week down the shore

Brian and Trish have a great little place to relax and unwind. Beautiful view, the condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It had a lot of amenities. Bed was fairly comfortable. Great location. Very quiet. Owners were very responsive to e-mails before our stay. We didn't need to contact them at all during the stay.

We had an amazing week at Wildwood Crest. The location, oceanfront, could not have been better. We used the deck every day for breakfast and just to lounge. It was such a great added bonus. Excellent condo for a family vacation at the shore!

This unit was perfect for our week long family vacation. We have two young children and the condo layout could not have been better for our family. It was very clean upon arrival and updated throughout. The ocean views are amazing and the balcony with seating just outside the front door really made each meal and morning coffee a joy. Brian did a great job providing all of the needed information before the check in and quickly answered all of my questions before and during our stay. Everything went as well as we could have hoped. We will definitely be back in the future for our vacations!

Abundant Rest and Relaxation

We lacked for absolutely nothing at this wonderful stay in wildwood crest. The condo is beautifully appointed. And it's clean and immaculate as could possibly be. The owner was so kind to allow us to enter. As soon as it was cleaned, we didn't have to waste an entire Saturday. Waiting until 4 o'clock. That was so very kind of him.

This apartment was excellent! Clean, great location and well furnished! Only drawbacks were, TV channels were lacking, we could only watch 4. Also, the patio is NOT your own! People from other parts of the condo come to sit on the oceanfront side of the patio, so we were a bit upset that we could not use our outside table as much as we liked. One night a group was outside partying until 2am, a bit loud! Other than that it was GREAT.

Our listing description does mention the deck is a large common area, sorry if you misunderstood and thought it was a private space. While we do offer cable TV, we do not have a premium TV channel package. We opted to offer free wifi instead of having numerous channels. We will look into providing premium channels. What a week at the Beach

this room is beautiful...ocean front view every morning with your coffee and breakfast....the room is beyond clean and has lots of space for all your personal things from clothes to cabinet space...easy access to room...owner sends an email with instructions....central air is definitely a plus in the hot summer days...my husband and i truly enjoy our week at the crest...i guess the only two things i would suggest a change would be the dish drainer...we love to cook instead of dining out...maybe a more updated dish drainer and the original mr. coffee coffee pot needs to be replaced...we are not kcup coffee people...its just an old coffee pot but it did so its job....its truly a wonderful room and a most enjoyable week being in it !!!

Excellent Ocean Front Beach Condo

Loved this beachfront condo. This specific condo was in an excellent location and very quiet. Great for my family of three. The condo had everything we needed and was cute, comfortable and updated with lots of lighting. Even the beds were nice and cozy which is rare as they are normally too firm. My favorite part was drinking my tea early in the mornings at the table infront of the condo facing the ocean and watching the sunrise. The location could not be better as it was simply a few steps to the beach. It was great having an elevator and luggage rack to lug our belongings up and down. I was happy to be away from the boardwalk area to enjoy the quiet and beach time, but when we did go to the boardwalk it was only a few miles away and it was wonderful having an assigned parking spot at the condo to come back to. We also enjoyed the heated pool. We never stayed in Wildwood before but we absolutely loved the beach. You can swim out far and still be only to your knees as most of it it shallow. Our daughter called the ocean the baby pool and she really enjoyed it. The owners were very responsive and we didn’t have any issues. The management office was very friendly too and I saw them always cleaning the tables. My family and I look forward to staying at this condo again in the future.

Amazing vacation!

The location was perfect with breathtaking views and an easy walk to the beach. The unit was extremely clean and exceeded the photos. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Brian and Trish were wonderful hosts who provided clear instructions and left a warm welcome note. We also met some very nice people staying in the units next to us. Would highly recommend this property.
