Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
- Please leave the parking pass on the TV stand. - Remove linens from the beds and place them in the bag provided, along with all towels.
- Fold the comforters and leave them on the bed. Do not place them back into the netted bag. - Remove all perishable items from the fridge and dispose of them in the garbage.
- Do not leave any dishes in the sink. - Take all garbage downstairs to the dumpsters. - Turn OFF all light and AC.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Family Beach Vacation

Check in was nice and easy. You could see everything was cleaned. It was a short walk to the ocean, I couldn’t have expected anything better. Owner even reached out to see how everything was.
