At the heart of the South West between Bordeaux and Toulouse, the Gite de Coutélas is located at the gates of the Landes de Gascogne. Space and volume describe this former cooperage workshop completely renovated.

The cottage offers 280m² of living space on 2 levels. The ground floor has been designed to be accessible to people with reduced mobility (PMR) with bedroom and bathroom fitted out. 3 other bedrooms are upstairs with shared bathroom, and the 5th bedroom is the master suite with private bathroom.

Outside, the fenced garden (2400m²) and the heated swimming pool (26 ° C minimum, 12x4m facing South) will welcome you. And when the sun is too strong, you can shelter under the awning of 90m ² with ping-pong table.

Nous avons passé un excellent au gîte de coutelas et je le recommande vivement pour tout groupe de personne voulant se retrouver et passer de bonnes vacances. La maison est magnifique et tout est là pour fabriquer d'excellent souvenirs. Encore merci à l'hôte pour ce week end inoubliable.

Accueil très sympathique de la part de Monsieur KOHUT Gite charmant et accueillant en pleine campagne sans vis-à-vis. Maison très agréable avec tous les accessoires indispensables pour profiter tranquillement du soleil et des beaux jours. Rien à dire quant à la propreté du site, chambre ou salle de bain. Très bon week-end en famille

Très belle maison rénovée avec goûts. Maison spacieuse, les chambres sont de belle taille avec une belle hauteur pour celles de l'étage (poutres apparentes) !! Bien équipée, nous avons manqués de rien. Alexandre est serviable et à l'écoute. Jardin non terminé, nous aurons hâte de le revoir lors d'un prochain séjour éventuel dans la région.
