Perched on the spectacular Princeville ocean bluff, Pali Ke Kua 216 offers one of the best 180-degree panoramic view of the breathtaking Bali Hai and the picturesque Hanalei Bay and pristine beaches below. This fantastic condo is an idyllic retreat from modern day stress and a perfect hideout for a romantic getaway. From the living room or private lanai, admire the stunning view of majestic mountains, expansive ocean, serene beaches, glorious sunsets, and experience the magic of the legendary Bali Hai. Fall asleep to relaxing sounds of ocean waves and gentle breeze, and wake up to a tranquil chorus of tropical birds.

This split level condo features two en-suites. It was recently updated with quartz counter tops, travertine walk-in showers, new flooring, upgraded appliances, and fresh paint throughout. A well appointed kitchen allows you to prepare home cooked meals. The 50” UHD Smart TV lets you watch your favorite shows or movies on Netflix, Hulu, or Prime.

The condo is less than one mile from the world class Makai Golf Course, regarded as one of the top-100 courses in the United States. It also has a private path that leads to Hideaways beach which features golden sands and fantastic snorkeling with frequent sea turtle encounters. In addition, many beautiful beaches, snorkeling spots, and hiking trails are within a short drive. Pali Ke Kua is a vacation community on Kauai’s North Shore with immaculate grounds, community pool and hot tub, and an onsite restaurant. Fine dining and shopping can be found at the nearby Princeville Resort, Princeville shopping center, and downtown Hanalei.

Beach towels and chairs, even a small cooler. There were plenty of fans for cooling the rooms off. I would suggest bringing a small countertop fan for use in the upstairs bathroom if you are visiting in the warmer months, as it was quite warm getting ready in here. We would definitely stay here again. The view is is absolutely stunning!

World Class View

We enjoyed this special property as our home away from home for a month. The condo provided for all of our needs of comfort, space, cooking and resting. The view is truly World Class and the location in Princeville is ideal. Pali Ke Kua is lovely and quiet. The parking lot is right next to the building. Princeville is a terrific community with walking paths, golf and a nearby shopping center. Also, just a few minutes from Hanalei.

We also liked the privacy of having the two bedrooms and two full baths on different floors. Without AC it was a little uncomfortable at times during the day but sleeping was fine. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kauai.

This property was very clean with beautiful ocean view that you can see from living room/dining room/kitchen. Bedrooms have garden view. It is located in Princeville north shore. Very close to Hanalei where all the restaurants and shopping area is. There are some very good restaurants in pinceville as well. We loved everything about it except this property didn’t have shampoo or lotion. Not a big deal of not having shampoo. We just wish we had known in advance so that we could’ve picked up on our way from the airport. Otherwise excellent location. Excellent management.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in similar units at Pali Ke Kua several times. The views are amazing and the units are good size for a rental. 216 has nice upgrades but could be better stocked with consumables (maybe this is a covid thing?), and the dishwasher detergent dispenser didn't dispense the detergent therefore the dishes didn't get cleaned and we continuously discovered dirty dishes in the cupboards. In addition, the unit could be cleaner.
