A perfect venue for a beach vacation

Located so close to the beach promenade, we found an apartment greatly equipped and perfectly kept. We were greeted with a warm welcome, with amenities in the fridge -- all arranged flexibly to accomodate our arrival schedule Prior to arriving, communications were easy and to the point. The pictures of the appartment tell their own (true) story: a great place to stay. Leaving is always hard, but it was made easier by our hosts by (again) allowing flexibility. To our hosts: thank you for your hospitality, providing a great from our holiday!

Sehr schönes Apartment in perfekter Lage für den Urlaub! Tolle Ausstattung: Zwei Balkone, großer Wohn-Essbereich, zwei vollwertige Schlafzimmer, sehr viel Platz in den Schränken, viel Kochgeschirr und Geschirr, viele Handtücher, Sonnenschirm, Strandstuhl, Fahrstuhl, abgeschlossener Parkplatz im Innenhof uvm. Es war einfach alles da, was man braucht, um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Sogar ein Grundstock an Essen war schon da (Mehl, Zucker, Salz, Spaghetti, Kaffee, Öl, Essig, sogar Marmelade und einige Getränke hatte Dominique schon für uns in den Kühlschrank gestellt ) sowie alles zum Wäsche waschen und Sauberhalten der Wohnung. So fängt der Urlaub direkt entspannt an!Die Lage ist unfassbar toll, man ist in wenigen Schritten am Strand, an der Promenade, auf dem Markt, in der Fußgängerzone und im Supermarkt. Eine Vielzahl an Restaurants und Bars sind im direkten Umfeld und das ist dann auch der einzige kleine Nachteil: in der Hauptsaison sind viele sehr laute Nachschwärmer unterwegs. Mit geschlossenen Balkontüren bleibt aber der Lärm draußen.Vielen lieben Dank an Dominique für Ihre Hilfe und Flexibilität bei An- und Abreise und die unkomplizierte Kommunikation ! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren super happy mit diesem Apartment. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, nur ein Katzensprung zum Strand. Ja, nachts ist es ziemlich laut, weil direkt um die Ecke ein Club ist, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Ich hatte (aus leidvoller Erfahrung) große Sorge vor Hitze, aber es war immer angenehm kühl in der Wohnung, weil nie direkt die Sonne reinscheint. Außerdem gibt es richtige Rollläden, die man nachts runterkurbeln und dann mit offenem Fenster (aber ohne Mücken) schlafen kann. Mir gefällt es ja immer gut, wenn man nicht von einer seelenlosen Agentur mietet, sondern von Privatleuten. Und Dominique und seine Frau haben wirklich dafür gesorgt, dass man sich wohlfühlt - mit regionaler Marmelade, Wein und anderen Getränken im Kühlschrank. Die Basics waren alle da (Öl, Essig, Pfeffer, Salz, Toilettenpapier, Haushaltsrolle) - und zwar nicht nur knapp bemessen für die ersten 1,5 Tage, sondern reichlich. Zusätzlich gab es Sonnenschirme, Einkaufskorb, eine Menge Geschirrtücher (auch nicht selbstverständlich!), sehr viel Geschirr, Töpfe und Besteck (yeah! so wichtig!). Das ist echt total selten, vielen Dank dafür. Die Betten waren super (schon ganz anders erlebt), angenehme Bettwäsche, gute Handtücher, wir waren begeistert. Die Kommunikation mit Dominique war total problemlos, wir hatten nette Nachbarn und einen abgeschlossenen Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus. Also - wir kommen gern wieder!

Excellent apartment

Perfektes Apartment für unsere 4 köpfige Familie. Die Lage ist bombastisch-keine 2 Minuten zum Strand. Die Wohnung übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Die Kommunikation mit Dominique war tadellos und wir fühlten uns sehr zu Hause. Wir kommen gerne immer wieder. Danke.

Lovely appartment in the heart of Lacenau Ocean

A fantastic appartment 5 minutes from everytinng you could need, beach, restaurants, ice creams, bars and cycle trails. Our car remained parked for the entire week. The appartment literally has everything you need in a home from home and was thoughtfully stocked with coffee, milk, washing equipment etc upon arrival. Every accessory you could need is provided which was lovely. The area is very lively and a wide range of cuisine is within 5 min walk. The beach was great, massive waves ideal for teens and well supervised. We had a lovely stay and would definitely go back. George and his wife were amazing hosts. Thanks for a lovely stay Andy, Sarah and Charlotte (16) Un appartement fantastique à 5 minutes de tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, plage, restaurants, glaces, bars et pistes cyclables. Notre voiture est restée garée toute la semaine. L'appartement a littéralement tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans une maison loin de chez vous et a été soigneusement approvisionné en café, lait, matériel de lavage, etc. à l'arrivée. Chaque accessoire dont vous pourriez avoir besoin est fourni, ce qui était charmant. Le quartier est très animé et une large gamme de cuisine est à moins de 5 min à pied. La plage était super, des vagues massives idéales pour les ados et bien surveillées. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et y retournerons certainement.
