Sea La Vie is a well-appointed, breathtaking beachfront condo located mid-island on beautiful Fort Myers Beach. This 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms fourth floor unit has been remodeled in February 2025 and is the perfect place for your family’s next vacation. The master bedroom features a king size bed with built in closet, nightstands, and 55" - 4K Smart HDTV. The second bedroom has queen size bed, built in closet, nightstands, and 65" - 4K Smart HDTV. The gourmet kitchen has gorgeous granite counter tops, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, stove/oven, air fryer, instant pot, Keurig duo (pod and carafe) coffeemaker, and microwave. The living room is tastefully decorated with a full-size leather sofa sleeper, 2 leather recliners, 70" - 4K Smart HDTV, coffee and end tables, lamps, fireplace insert for those chilly winter nights. Dining room table sits 4. The lanai accommodates a comfortable patio set overlooking dramatic views of the Gulf of America. Sea La Vie is a smoke free zone. Sorry, no pets allowed. Must be at least 23 years old to book this unit. One vehicle per unit is allowed. Sorry, no trailers, boats, RV, or motor homes are allowed on the property.

Sea La Vie is located directly across from Publix Supermarket making it very convenient to get your groceries. In the same plaza as Publix you will find Snook Bight Marina and Junkanoo. Sea La Vie is situated 2.4 miles (10 minutes by car) from Times Square where you can find live entertainment, shops, restaurants, bars, and much more. Fort Myers Beach offers many outdoor activities such as parasailing, jet skiing, bike rentals, golf course, charter fishing, boat rentals, and miniature golf.

Places to explore:
Fort Myers Beach is nature lover’s paradise. With over 400 varieties of seashells, you can spend hours strolling up and down the beach hunting for the perfect souvenir. If you really want to feel one with nature Lovers Key State Park made the 10 Most Romantic Places in Florida according to Coastal Living and Travelers Magazine and it is short 3.8 mile drive from Sea La Vie. If seclusion is your thing, then Sanibel and Captiva Islands are short drive away (14.2 miles). If you like gators and birds, the The Bird Rookery Swamp is a great place to visit and only 33.3 miles away. Nature is not for everyone and if you prefer to get a little history during your vacation I recommend checking out the Edison Ford Museum in Fort Myers situated 16.5 miles from Sea La Vie. For those who enjoy beer tasting, then make a pit stop at the Fort Myers Brewing Company, voted 2016 Best Large Brewery in Florida. Perfect beach condo

We truly loved the beach condo and it’s amenities!! The decor is simply charming and the beach/ ocean it’s truly picture perfect .. we loved our stay at the condo ! It was our first trip to this area and I would highly recommend it!

Beautiful view and property

We love this place because it is on the beach and really nicely decorated. Two couples had ample space for everything. Grocery store across the street was great and trolley stops very close for going to tour the town.

Beautiful condo with fantastic view!

This great condo was recently renovated and everything is brand new. Wonderful decor and well-appointed. The ocean view from the lanai and the master bedroom is gorgeous! We would definitely stay here again.

The place is just what is stated. It was very clean, everything you need and easy to access. The lanai was our favorite spot. When we were inside, we were there, reading, watching sunset, napping! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect condo!

We had an incredible time at this condo. My husband and our 3 young children stayed here for a week. The condo couldn’t have been better for us. The owner thought of everything to make our stay perfect. We will be back next year!

Property was very clean. Location was prime literally 200 ft off a beautiful clean beach. I never had issues finding chairs around the pool or oceanside. Very very nice, we had an great stay. Thank you!

Beautiful Condo!

The condo was very nice and conveniently located across the street from Publix grocery.....great to have especially with kids! Its a short drive to Town Square...which was no big deal. Luanda is very quick to reply with any questions. Would definitely stay there again!

Relaxation

The condo was on the smaller side but had a ton of storage and everything you might need. Everything was clean and well maintained. The beach was cleaned and smoothed out once a week on Wednesday. We enjoyed our quiet relaxing stay with our family.

Great condo. Spent a lot of time on balcony. Very clean and kitchen well stocked for cooking. Wished we had restaurant names and number in condo information book and a heads up on the nest as we set off the alarm cooking bacon

Convenient Location

Property was newly renovated and in great condition. Kitchen had all the utensils, pans, etc necessary to cook, and there were boogy boards, sand toys and even a cooler for guest usage. The view from the screened porch is the best possible view, and we enjoyed morning coffee listening to the waves roll in. The community pool is also very nicely done and is in the sun most of the day.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful spot!

We loved Sea La Vie! The condo has everything you need, and is beautifully decorated. The lanai was definitely our favorite room -- we spent lots of time watching the waves roll in. The kitchen had all the dishes/pots/pans we needed to cook our meals, and the heated pool was a treat as the Gulf is still a little chilly. It was great to be close to Lovers Key State Park and the Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge on Sanibel -- we had beautiful kayak trips in both locations. Would definitely recommend Sea La Vie!

Sea La Vie.... across the street from Publix!

Perfect condo! Everything is exactly as pictured. All kitchen amenities are new; kitchen is well-stocked with everything you'll need to cook, air-fry, bake, mix and serve! The sandy beach is literally steps away...and so is a Publix store! This is such an unexpected "bonus" to be able to get groceries with a 2 minute walk. We would definitely come back to Sea La Vie - a perfect vacation spot!

Spot on description

Host communicated 100% effectively. Unit as described to the tee. Keyless entry is modern and super convenient. View is absolutely gorgeous. Bedrooms are large and the screened in balcony is nice. Modern appliances that work. Kitchen well stocked. Very nice place. Only thing that would make it better would be in unit laundry but there are machines on property. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient and comfortabel

Our stay was just for a week and the unit met our needs quite nicely. Just a little disappointed the toaster replacement never materialized. My only suggestion would be to trim down the amount of items in the kitchen cupboards in order to leave space for the tenants grocery items. All in all a perfect location and comfortable unit. We would rent again.

Beach paradise

Condo was everything we expected and more. We were nervous about staying in a hotel because of COVID-19, but this was far better than any hotel stay. The space was beautiful, beds very comfy, and well stocked kitchen to do all our own cooking. Conveniently located right on the beach. My daughter is under 2 so being able to run up and down with her was great and we could leave our tent set up all day without a worry. We never felt like we were missing anything during her afternoon nap because we could be out on the lanai all day watching the ocean. Would definitely recommend and plan on coming back again in the future.

Absolutely Perfect!

There aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful this condo is. Lu had so many thoughtful touches throughout this beautiful home - bathroom toiletries, hair dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, and even a first aid kit. The whole place was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need to make a meal. And to top it off, Publix is right across the street. Communication with the host was super responsive, and Lu was an absolute delight. Should we find ourselves in Ft. Myers Beach again, this will definitely be our first choice for a home base!

Incredible Getaway!

I can’t say enough good things! This was a home away from home. Clean, cozy and furnished with all you need to eat in if desired. Decorated beautifully! If you want to go out plenty of great restaurants close by. The location is an easy commute to shops, boating and restaurants. The distance from the condo to the beach made life so easy and enjoyable. The kids never left the ocean. Enjoyed morning coffee watching the dolphins and wine during the evening sunsets. We can’t to visit again and look forward to working with Luanda again. Our overall stay and experience was great!

Loved Sea La Vie!!

My wife and 2 sons had a great time at Sea La Vie!! The Condo was beautiful and location was great. Heated pool was definitely a plus. Located directly across the street from Publix And 1 mile away from a great restaurant "Junkanoo Beach" where you can not only get great food but they also offer Parasailing And Banana Boat Rides which we did And love. We travel a lot to West Coast of Florida and we live on east coast. I have to say this is definitely one we like to come back to. To complete experience the owner Luanda was great during the entire process. Would definitely recommend.

Why they chose this property

Sea La Vie is located at Seaside Resort in Fort Myers Beach. I have vacationed at Seaside Condo since I was 18 years old with my parents and later with my own family. When the opportunity came to buy a vacation property, I knew it had to be at Seaside Condo. The building is located mid island, which means that it's close enough to Times Square (it's about 2.5 miles) while being far away enough that you are not in the middle of chaos on a daily basis. The beach is only a few steps away from the building, especially during high tide. You can actually hear the waves with the doors and windows closed. The fact that the building is located literately across from the supermarket is a great plus. Cross over and get your supplies whenever you need. There are many condos in FMB, but Sea La Vie @ Seaside is a truly a special place. Also check out Luna Sea property # 1548440.
