This slopeside, top-floor residence features vaulted ceilings, a chef’s kitchen with gas range, a master bathroom with dual sinks, shower and soaker tub, a gas fireplace and washer/dryer.
Guests will enjoy mountain and Village views from the terrace and the convenience of staying in The Village at Northstar, steps from Northstar California ski resort, dining, shopping, skating, movies and more.
Village at Northstar guests staying in a junior suite through four-bedroom residence receive complimentary parking for one vehicle. Additional parking is on a first-come, first-served basis when vehicles are on the property and are not guaranteed.
Reservations include a mandatory Damage Waiver Fee which covers accidental damage up to $3,000 dollars. Report all accidents and damage prior to check out so necessary repairs may be scheduled. This Damage Waiver does not cover deliberate, intentional, or negligent damage.

Spring break

We loved our stay and the accommodations were clean, comfortable and just right! Beautiful view of the mountains and village. Ski-in ski-out is ideal with kids because there’s so much gear to deal with. Kids had a blast playing in the snow when they weren’t skiing. Hot tub, ski locker, fitness room, convenience store, 10 min from Truckee were all wonderful perks!

Great Unit with Great Appliances/Kitchen

This was our second stay in the Village and this unit, although not as big as our other rental, was better in every respect. Cleaner, better kitchen, better appliances, provided soaps/paper towel and other small things that get forgotten when you rent a condo like this. Ski lockers were great. Overall, a great experience.

Nice place - Some Issues - Poor Communication

We did not get information about how to check in via email when we booked. We only booked one day ahead. The PM was nice and helpful when we called. The unit did not include an information sheet on how anything worked so we were unable to use any electronics or wifi. The layout of the unit was perfect for us and the kitchen was reasonably well appointed for basic food preparation. Parking is tight in garage if you have a large vehicle. It was a nice place and we enjoyed ourselves, although we were disappointed and surprised we could not use everything in the unit and the information was poor given the cost.

Wonderful stay at Northstar

My family and I had a fantastic time at Northstar. This unit was extremely comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed. Easy check in and check out. Fabulous location and views. We would stay here again! Highly recommend.

Beautiful condo!

We had a lovely stay at Northstar! The condo is conveniently located at the Village, was comfortable, and met our families' needs for a great ski trip! Communication was a bit lacking in advance of our trip as we did not receive information on where to go for key pick-up, etc. Because it's booked through the rental property company, I was expecting a bit more communication, but we enjoyed the trip once we got settled in! Will definitely be back and look forward to staying here again!
