Situated in the heart of bustling Annecy, Magic Moments Apart’ is only 400 meters away from the railway and bus stations. Annecy’s old city is a 15 minute walk and it’s famous lake is a Âœ walk following a beautiful path along the Thiou River and canals. It offers 4* rating and confort .
Completely renovated, this fourth floor penthouse apartment with a lift, features one bathroom, 2 bedrooms and an open kitchen, dining and living room area. Large bay windows open on to a terrace that overlooks the pretty Thiou River.
Its 4 star comfort will offer you relaxation and peacefulness right in Annecy’s downtown district.
The Living, Dining and Kitchen area is very bright and sunny. Large bay windows open on to the terrace. With a special polished cement floor, this open area concept is well equipped : flat screen LCD TV with international channels, JBL OnBeat Venue LT speaker dock with Bluetooth, Freebox Wi-Fi, Blue Ray, a large dining table for 6 persons with wrought iron chairs, a telephone for receiving calls, 

A convertible sofa (Rapido Prestige Queen size) allows for extra sleeping (1 adult or 1 children).

The first bedroom with its’ Queen bed has a lot of storage and gives on to the terrace. The bathroom “very design” is next to it and features a Rain Forest Shower, a hair dryer and a towel rack dryer.
The second bedroom with its’ cosy closet bed offers a lot of space and comfort. The WC / toilet which is separate from the bathroom, is closer to it.

The large 50 sq. meter terrace encompasses the apartment and overlooks the Thiou River and its’ majestic trees. This huge terrace has a secluded dining area with a beautifully tiled ceramic table, wrought iron chairs and nice shading. You can also sit in the lounging chairs and enjoy the panoramic view or sunbath.

The apartment is fully furnished with brand new appliances: dishwasher, coffee makers (traditional and Italian), washing machine, micro-wave oven, induction stove, traditional oven, blender/mixer, slow cooker, fridge with freezer unit, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils Raclette & Pierrade appliances, safe, ...
Linen and towels are provided as well as certain cleaning products.
A private indoor parking space in the apartment block’s basement is included in the price.
A lift takes you directly from this indoor parking or the apartment block’s main entrance to the flat.

Great apartment in great location

Apartment has everything you need with lots of cooking utensils, dishwasher, washing machine and air con in every room. Large wrap around balcony with a range of tables and chairs. Very quiet area with an easy flat 15 minute walk along the river into town. Close to train and bus station and supermarket. Nice bedding and towels. Would recommend.

Absolutley goegeous apartment. Just spent 7 days here as a family of 4 and we were very sad to leave.The apartment is spotlessly clean, very spacious and well equipped. Comfortable beds, excellent shower and the wrap around balcony was an added bonus. We spent many a night on the terrace with a bottle of wine.Air conditioning was also an added bonus during a very hot week.The walk along the river into the old town and then down onto the lake was beautiful and very easy.The host Phillipe is quick to respond to any queries. We could not have wished for anything better.Thank you Phillipe! Our family have come away with some amazing memories to last a lifetime!

Amazing Place

The apartment was perfect for my family of 4. Very comfortable and a short walk or bike, ride to the town center, bike trails and lake fun. I would definitely stay here again if in Annecy!

Great short stay apartment

this is the 3rd visit to this apartment, and the host was very helpful following a late arrival after delayed flights. Very clean, very well equipped and perfect for our purposes.

Appartement au top, bien décoré, de la place, superbe terrasse mais quelques points négatifs notamment matelas bcp trop mou dans la suite parental, douche trÚs petite avec mauvaise évacuation, cafetiÚre défectueuse.

Notre sĂ©jour fĂ»t trĂšs agrĂ©able dans cet appartement qui est trĂšs bien agencĂ© et permet beaucoup de convivialitĂ© : deux chambres distinctes pour deux couples, une grande terrasse amĂ©nagĂ©e et confortable qui fait le pourtour avec une exposition au choix que l'on prĂ©fĂšre l'ombre ou le soleil, la nature environnante, la proximitĂ© de la ville et le calme total pour se reposer. On a apprĂ©ciĂ© la climatisation, la cuisine ouverte, le confort de la literie,l’accĂšs direct par le garage et l’ascenseur, la propretĂ© et la dĂ©co Ă©purĂ©e avec goĂ»t. L'appartement est trÚs fonctionnel, bien équipé, confortable et trÚs bien agencé, il correspond à nos attentes. Point noir cependant concernant la terrasse. Les photos sur le site ne reflÚtent absolument pas la réalité. La terrasse est trÚs mal entretenue, il n'y a pas de voile pour le soleil dans le coin repas, les plantes sont toutes mortes et remplacées par des plantes en plastique de mauvais goût. Nous espérions pouvoir profiter de la terrasse, nous n'y sommes jamais allés. Nous avons pris des photos si nécessaire.

Bel appartement rĂ©novĂ© avec beaucoup de goĂ»t. TrĂšs bien situĂ© au bord du Thiou mĂȘme si un peu Ă©loignĂ© du vieil Annecy. MalgrĂ© tout on peut si rendre Ă  pied. Aucun vis Ă  vis et trĂšs calme avec une terrasse qui permet de prendre notamment un petit dĂ©jeuner sans aucune contrainte visuelle ou sonore. Le must pour un mois d’aout trĂšs chaud, l’appartement est entiĂšrement climatisĂ©. Nous avons Ă©galement trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ© le parking en sous sol. Tout est trĂšs sĂ©curisĂ©. Je recommande sans aucune hĂ©sitation.

Appartement trÚs confortable et trÚs richement équipé, à un quart d'heure à pied du centre-ville historique. On y dort parfaitement (literie de grande qualité, silence et obscurité). La petite attention qui nous attendait dans le réfrigérateur a été appréciée !

Magic moments is all that’s promised...

Amazing ! Fantastic! Fouzy was incredible, so helpful and resourceful. They even partner with a car service to and from the airport. Apartment was gorgeous, clean just as the photos showed. Easy walk to town, garage parking a huge plus. Can’t wait to come back. Christophe/Michelle

Week in Annecy

The property and location is as described. A selection of Asian restaurants in immediate area and easy walk to old town for numerous choice. Quiet location, no noise when sitting on south facing balcony. Thankfully there are fans to help a little with the heatwave we encountered whilst there. Have no hesitation in recommending
