Le Warens - nice apartment in the heart of the old town

This beautiful 65 m² through apartment has a very nice view of the canal and the castle. The charm of the waxed lime colored walls, the old-fashioned ceilings and the exposed beams will delight you. You will find:
A pretty little living room overlooking the canal with a top-of-the-range sofa that can be converted easily into a comfortable bed for 2 people
A large kitchen / dining room with modern kitchen with a stone worktop, fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, multifunction oven, ceramic hob, a Nespresso coffee machine in addition to the filter coffee maker, the kettle and toaster
A pretty hall leading to the bedroom with on one side a bathroom with shower cabin, towel dryer radiator, hair dryer, on the other side of the hall the toilets with washbasin
A large 25 m² bedroom equipped with a large 180x200 bed convertible on request into two 90x200 twin beds, and desk table
High speed WIFI internet access (FIBRE)
2 televisions
All bedrooms have blackout curtains or blinds, perfect for a restful sleep

The apartment is located in the historic center, in a quiet pedestrian street.
The lake is nearby. The district is lively with many restaurants and you can stroll through the streets and the quays of the Thiou canal to discover the city and its attractions. A beautiful food market takes place 3 times a week in the neighborhood and a flea market takes place in the old quarters every last Saturday of the month. In addition to all this, water activities (beach, swimming, boating) and many hikes in the surrounding mountains will occupy your leisure time.

Great place, clean and very comfortable

We found the Annecy old centre very pretty and the lodgings gave us maximum advantage in seeing all the attractions. Everything was there for our comfort and Dominique was a great host, explaining everything to us. Very happy with our holiday and would recommend these lodgings to our friends

Wonderful, wonderful!!

Highly recommend, don't hesitate! This is the second time we have stayed in one of Dominique's apartments & loved both times, in both apartments. The location is perfect, right in the centre but very quiet when the windows are closed. Spotlessly clean, spacious, very well equipped, wonderful helpful hosts. Dominique is always available to give any assistance required but also allows you privacy. Parking is easy. We loved everything. You won't have any concerns here, it's wonderful.

Cosy apartment in a beautiful town

My husband and I and two friends stayed in this top floor 2 bedrom apartment in the old town of Annecy for three nights. Annecy is a very pretty town built on canals and at the top of Lake Annecy. Our apartment was a restored apartment featuring exposed beams and woodwork but had modern facilities. We walked into the kitchen/dining area which had a dining table and TV and the kitchen was compact with a microwave/convection oven, ceramic hotplates, fridge, coffee makers, toaster and full range of cooking implements and ware for self catering, as well as ample crockery and cutlery. One bedroom was to one side of this room and overlooked a little canal. This room was small and had a good pull out sofa with a proper mattress. The other bedroom was to the other side of the kitchen area along with the separate toilet with basin and separate shower and basin. The other bedroom had 2 single beds and was very spacious. There was a washing machine and we had use of Wifi connection. Dominique was great host and informed us of all we had to know about Annecy. We highly recommend this property.
