The condo was great! Clean and was well equipped in the kitchen. Only issue was not the owner’s problem. The fob to get into the pool, hot tub and grilling area was not in the condo. I called the local Vacasa number the first evening and was told they would return may call the next day. By evening we had not heard back so I again talked to the local lady . After the third day and another call to them we were told they had to order one. We were supposed to get a $25 a day credit for each day we could not use the pool but after waiting for 4 days to receive the fob, I was only credited the $25 for one day.

It was ok

Love the location and the grounds are really nice. The interior was clean but needs a full remodel. Extremely dated and worn. It did not have a Keurig, no extra trash bags, no easy cooking spices like salt or pepper. Just a basic rental.

Clean and Family Friendly

We loved the quiet location of this place. It was clean and spacious! Loved the screened in porch and outside porch. We are a big family and everyone had space. The kitchen is full. The pool is fantastic. The living room furniture needs updating. One loveseat is wicker. Grab a bag of ice with your groceries because the ice machine doesn’t work. All in all no regrets and loved the peaceful location and quick drive to the beach. Not a huge tourist area and no intense tourist traffic. We will be back!

Carpet alone looks like a horror movie!

From the moment you enter — heavily stained carpet, broken tile that was a HUGE safety issue outside the kids room that was never handled and reported right away. Chair at dining table falling apart, pawpaw almost fell out of it! Kitchen faucet broken. Ice maker doesn’t work from front of fridge, but you can take bin out and empty into a bowl that’s labeled (careful the bin is broken). Toilet overflowed in kids bath — we plunged it ourselves before maintenance could arrive. The tub in en-suite that’s not master wouldn’t work, only the shower would. Washing machine is molded, furniture is dirty and in bad shape, Linens stained and ripped, View one of the worst we’ve had at Baypoint. Vacasa has made this place go downhill in my opinion I can’t imagine the owners are purposely leaving their unit in this condition — it’s a hazard and liability for them. Floor plan great for a family, we adore Baypoint, but it was absolutely disgusting to stay in!

We liked the condo, but the kitchen sink was clogged and the garbage disposal didn’t work. I requested a service call, but no service was provided. Also, the ice maker didn’t work.
