Charming Industrial Duplex in the City Center

It is a superb duplex apartment where the old and the modern have been combined for the comfort of its travelers. Refurbished, this T2 will accommodate 4 travelers in the heart of Carcassonne city center. The apartment is very easy to reach by car, the parking lot being in front of the building. You will enjoy a beautiful light thanks to sunshine a good part of the day, few vis-à-vis and a certain calm.

There are a total of 2 beds in the apartment: A 160 x 200 double bed (22 cm thick mattress) and an easily convertible 140 x 190 sofa bed (15 cm thick mattress).
Soft pillows and linens provided.

The kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, a microwave, a coffee machine, a fridge and a washing machine.
The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV and internet (Wifi). The toilets and the bathroom with bathtub are independent. The environment is quite cam and for reasons of good neighborliness with the condominium, guests are asked not to party in the apartment.

Bel appartement à deux pas du centre ville, de la gare; à 20 min de la cité. Tout se fait à pieds : la voiture est en sécurité dans un parking intérieur.

Nice apartment on the edge of the old town and 1 mile from the medieval town

The medieval town of Carcasonne (Le Cité) is spectacular and only 20 minutes walk. The old town of Carcasonne is not so nice. The apartment was very clean and spacious, but the kitchen wasn't well equipped. No knives for cutting, no kitchen towel and no extra toilet paper. The cleaning lady is very client friendly. She came straight away, when we had a minor problem with the fridge.
