Located in New London, Connecticut, Casa Leomel is a short trip from NYC, Boston, and Greater New England. Enjoy a scenic stroll along Pequot Avenue. Three minute drive to Ocean Beach Park from this “sweet” cape (one unlimited entry car pass included)! Sit on the front porch and enjoy the view or relax on the private back patio with built in grilling station and cabana/storage building. This home has all the right spaces – a lovely renovated custom kitchen w/granite, oversized gas cooktop, and island w/seating which flows into the dining room featuring a door to the patio. A first floor master bedroom suite w/full bath and screened in porch and another bedroom on the first floor. On the second floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms and new full bath.

Great location for USCGA Graduation

We stayed at this property for USCGA Graduation week. The property has a beautiful back yard and is close to the beach. Was a perfect location for graduation because of its proximity to the academy. Only problem we had was with the hot tub and the owner took care of that.

Fabulous, relaxing getaway that has everything!

This property had everything, from tons of sleeping space,a fantastic kitchen, a beautiful outdoor patio, hot tub and high chair, to lots of toys and games and even a high chair for our baby. We had a great time just relaxing with friends and family.
