Pretty typical house of Quercy with private pool (10x5m), secured, heated from 15/06 to 15/09, in semi shaded garden of 1000m2, fenced in dry stone walls; it is located at the exit of the village of Espédaillac, beautiful village in the heart of the Regional Park of Causses du Quercy, halfway between Rocamadour and St Cirq Lapopie.
In addition to its idyllic setting, this rental is ideally located to discover the riches of the region: Lot Valley, Célé, Dordogne, Cahors, Figeac, Sarlat, Gouffre de Padirac, Caves of Pech Merle, Lascaux and well other remarkable sites and hiking trails.
You can also enjoy regional gastronomy and easily stock up on local producers.
The house includes:
Living room, dining room with scullery and fireplace (stove), TV, DVD player, Wifi.
1 bedroom on the ground floor (1 bed 140x190)
1 bathroom with bath and toilet.
2 bedrooms (2 beds 140x190) upstairs with access from the outside + bathroom (washbasin + WC).
1 fully equipped kitchen: oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.
1 big terrace with electrical store + living room of garden, and superb view on the swimming pool (patio, garden furniture, barbecue, etc ...) and the surrounding countryside.
