Il y a en fait deux appartements, j'occupais celui du RdC.
Il est conforme à la description de l'annonce, pratique, propre et en bon état. Il est bien situé, juste à côté de plusieurs arrêts de bus (différentes lignes) et à proximité du centre ville. Il est bien équipé (micro-onde, réfrigérateur, plaques chauffantes, four, ..., le tout en très bon état); pas de TV, mais la connexion internet (Wifi) la remplace avantageusement: rapide, elle permet une navigation confortable.
La literie est agréable, la salle d'eau est grande, avec une douche dont les parois rigides évitent efficacement les projections d'eau.
Tout le linge de maison (draps, serviettes, torchon) est fourni et propre.
Le seul inconvénient est la proximité de la rue, on entend le bruit des voitures en journée; mais la rue est peu passante la nuit.
Les propriétaires sont sympathiques, arrangeants, ont répondu rapidement à mes questions avant mon arrivée et sont de bon conseil pour profiter de Saint-Brieuc.
Pour résumer, je suis très satisfait.
