A lovely 30m² apartment with a 12m² terrace, facing due west, located on the second and last floor without elevator, in a closed condominium with free parking space for the occupants of the residence.
Located 3 min walk from the beach and 10 min from the port of Sanary.
You will appreciate this entire accommodation, tastefully redecorated, composed of an equipped bathroom, a separate WC, a spacious kitchen with its work plan (breakfast counter), an induction hob, a fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
The living room accommodates a fixed 140cm custom bed, fitted with real bedding with integrated cupboard. You will also find a convertible sofa in 160cm, with a quality mattress where you can enjoy at all times, a beautiful sea view and admire the beautiful colors of the setting sun.
The apartment is composed of a large 12m² terrace with its sofa-coffee table corner for aperitif moments and a dining table and its electric plancha to enjoy your summer meals.
The apartment is rented with clean sheets and towels.
Cleaning will be the responsibility of the tenant.
If you prefer to stay in holiday mode and keep your peace of mind, you can opt for the cleaning package of € 75.
The accommodation is located in a closed condominium with unnumbered parking spaces. They are free for each resident.

Cosy studio avec magnifique vue sur la mer
Situé au calme à quelques minutes de la mer à pied. Décor apaisant, cuisine équipée de tout, grande douche, très propre. Grand balcon/terrace avec vue époustouflante de la mer et le couché du soleil. Solenne est super accueillante et elle est aux petits soins de ses locataires. Je recommande fortement.

Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire qui est disponible et à l'écoute !!
Appartement agréable avec toutes les commodités annoncées dans l'annonce : lave vaisselle, lave linge, cafetière, aspirateur, télé etc ...
Emplacement idéal : à 3 min de la plage et à 5/10 min de commerces, restaurants, ports, animations etc ...
Une vue sur mer à couper le souffle ... Mieux que sur les photos.
Je recommande fortement ce logement pour des vacances en toute sérénité.
