This vacation home is a great getaway for a weekend or a week-long stay. You are within walking distance to charming downtown Douglas, steeped in fine art and cuisine; and a short drive to downtown Saugatuck. Downtown Saugatuck is a waterfront hot spot known for shopping, dining, and nightlife. This home has an upstairs area with full kitchen, one bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, and a living room with pull out couch. This home also has a unique downstairs area which has two additional bedrooms, a living room area with another pull out couch, a full kitchen, and full bath. The downstairs area can be separate or open from the other part of the home. It has a separate entrance and a connecting door to the other part of the house that can be locked or left open. Perfect for a two family vacation or a family with college age kids that want a separate space! The home in total has has 2.5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, two kitchens, two living room areas, and two sleeper sofa's. The home has a beautiful 3 season room with tons of sunshine pouring in. The outdoor space has two areas, one in front of the house and one behind the house with a gate. The back yard space has a grill, and dining space. In the front of the home you have a fire pit with seating around. This is a wonderful vacation rental for friends or family to retreat to after a fun filled day!

No complaints, at all!

Great layout. Lots of options to gather and hangout, both indoors and outdoors. We’ll equipped and up to date. Didn’t want to leave.

Lovely holiday weekend

Weekend get away with friends. Stayed because was walking distance to Saugatuck but downtown Douglas was just as charming. Oktoberfest was going on and we had no idea, but was great time. Property was perfect for two couples and very comfortable. Thanks.

Cute apartment, great location

This was a great place to stay for girl's weekend (although we could have used an extra bathroom for sure). The area is wonderful and will be back with family next time. The sitting area was great and the communication with the property manager was always quick and helpful.
