Holiday house in the sun
Modern house in very very quiet subdivision 5 minutes from shops and 10 minutes from the village on foot.
It is in fact my personal home that I rent out during the holidays.
She understands:
Two bathrooms, separate WC.
2 bedrooms with double bed (140X190) and 1 parental suite (bedroom and adjoining bathroom) with 160 cm bed. The suite gives direct access to the swimming pool.
Modern fully equipped kitchen: electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee makers ....... A washing machine is also available (cellar)
Free WIFI, 127 cm LCD TV.
Air-conditioned living room

Enclosed grounds
Non-smoking and pets not allowed.
Very well located, it is at the gates of Lubéron and the Alpilles, very close to Avignon (25mn), Isle sur la sorgue (5mn train station and town center), and picturesque villages like Fontaine de Vaucluse, Gordes, Bonnieux, Lacoste, Roussillon, Colorado Provençal ..... The sea is also 1 hour away…
Ideal for resting and / or enjoying the riches of Provence.
