The villa is just 80 metres from an award winning, blue-flag beach in Dehesa de Campoamor, walking distance to the famous Cabo Roig strip.

The villa is surrounded by 14 golf courses (many award winning), shopping centres, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, local water sports, beach bars, paddle/tennis and children’s play areas.

It has it's own large, private swimming pool with sun loungers, a BBQ and outdoor dining area, both sunny and shaded terraces with scenic views and more.

We can accommodate smaller parties as well as parties up to 14 people. Child friendly. Please note we only take bookings for a minimum of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday in the months of July and August.

We can also recommend a very good chef if you wanted a special meal for a special occasion or even have someone prepare your meals daily.

Fantastic Villa

We had a wonderful time in the villa as a group of friends, the property is beautiful and even better than the pictures. The very short walk to the lovely beach was a huge plus. One of our favourite things about the villa was the large terrace, where we had breakfast every morning. It was the perfect base for our girls trip, thank you!

Enjoyable stay in a spacious villa

We had a great stay in this spacious villa with a lovely pool. Good communication throughout with David the owner and Alex was available upon arrival with some general information on the villa. Would highly recommend but be prepared for the hill if you want to experience the excellent range of bars and restaurants nearby!

Hi Lorraine, Thank you very much for the glowing review ,we are glad you had a lovely time at the villa. Fortunately,the villa is right next to the sea which as you know is at sea level,so the only way to walk is uphill if you want to leave Dehesa De Campoamor. I am 65 and manage the slight incline very easily but I can understand it may be more challenging for some elderly or people with health issues. Luckily,taxis are very cheap to take you to a bar or restaurant or why not try the many restaurants in Dehesa De Campoamor within a five minute walk. Perhaps the beach bar at the end of the road! Overall though,we are glad you enjoyed your stay. Regards David

30th Birthday Celebrations

We were a group of girls aged 20 to 65 celebrating a 30th birthday. The villa is perfect for a large group with lots of separate spaces to sit together or enjoy some peace and quiet. We loved the area and the beach was beautiful. There were lots of lovely restaurants nearby and shops to pick up food and drinks. The owner David and Alex were always on hand and gave us lots information and tips on the run up to our stay. A lovely villa which I would recommend and hope to return in the future

Family holiday

Beautiful villa

Had a great few days at Beach Drive villa. The villa is very spacious clean and great facilities. Swimming pool was lovely with room to have 16 sunbeds around. Beach is 3 mins walk away with lovely restaurants about 10 mins away. We will be going back!

Dream villa close to the amazing beach

Such an amazing week in this lovely villa. Lots of space for 12 people, 6 adults & 6 kidz in the ages from 5-13. A step from the long beautiful La Glea beach. Great pool, great outdoor dining area. We had a lovely time. Alex was superb! Always a short text away, helping out with guidence and tips. We are definately coming back!

Great location

Weather was hot but with our own lovely pool, aircon in all the rooms, a shaded dining area and the sea just a minute's walk away, we had a lovely relaxed holiday. Alex met us for checkin and was only a phonecall away if we needed him. Villa was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. We were pleased to find beach mats, deck chairs, umbrellas, balls and pool toys, as well as beach towels. There was plenty of gas for the barbecue too.

Communication with the host was easy and efficient. The villa itself is absolutely stunning. Spacious, clean, brilliant for large groups. Lots of reception areas indoor and out. Bedrooms on both floors which was really helpful for members of our party with wheelchairs. Short walk from the beach. Real treat having the private pool. Assistance from hosts during the stay was friendly and swift. Would definitely return - planning our next holiday as we speak.

Beautiful Villa in an Amazing Location

this villa is beautiful and in a lovely quiet cul de sac only minutes walk from a gorgeous beach. there is plenty of room around the pool for 16 without feeling like sardines and the upper terrace is a lovely cool area to meet for drinks on an evening. its close to a couple of lovely restaurants at the nearby marina and the food is fantastic. El the housekeeper could not do enough and we had a lovely welcome pack waiting when we arrived. David is quick to answer and queries we had and really helpful with recommendations etc. we will be back

Superbly situated property for both young and old. The group ranged from under 2 to 85 yrs old and with the location it was easy to get to the beach and nearby sea front restaurants, or plenty of space around the villa for quiet if you wished. Would recommend a car to get to the shops especially for a large group. On a personal note I would like to thank Dave and especially Alex for all his help when it was most needed THANK YOU

Perfect holiday house

Without exception everyone in our family party of 13, from 4 - 74 year olds absolutely loved this property. There was plenty of space for all of us and any queries we had were responded to quickly. The swimming pool and upstairs balcony were particularly popular. For us, the location was perfect. The beach was only 2 minutes walk and not busy when we were there, with safe swimming and plenty of space for the kids. It is a bit of a climb up the hill to the strip where most of the restaurants are, but we found a very frindly one locally, only 10 minutes walk away. We recommend booking a supermarket order to be delivered. We arranged for one to arrive on the day of our arrival and one in the middle of the week. The family are already asking when we can return. Thanks Dave.

Beach Villa

Our recent stay at the Beach Villa was for a large family holiday and the size of the villa did not disappoint with plenty of rooms on offer. We were warmly welcomed at the villa on our arrival. The main bedroom with en-suite was a great size and nicely decorated and had a bath which is not often available abroad! The kitchen is spacious and plenty of space and fridges to cater for a party of 13. The added bonus of a washing machine with washing detergent was amazing and great to go home with less washing! The location is superb in that the beach is a minute walk away and has some nice restaurants nearby. The location is great in that you don’t need a car and a five - ten minute walk to the supermarket and bars but there are electric scooters to hire which make it a lot easier and cost a couple of euros on the Hoppy app. This is a great villa for a large family and Dave was very responsive to our needs and dealt with our enquiries swiftly. Thanks for creating some happy family memories.

Party of 13 Hens

Wow! Wow! Wow! is how I describe this beautiful Villa. From the moment I walked in the place screamed 'The Holiday has Started', the detail of each room and décor has been nicely placed together, each room was immaculate and the beds were comfortable (well I received no complaints), the pictures really do not show the true beauty of the Villa. The out door area from the Kitchen was a great space to get together for breakfast/lunch/dinner/to drink/play games etc. especially when the weather was a bit showery, it gave you the joy of being outdoors but covered. However our favourite part was the Pool, we had so much fun playing games and chilling on the lilos, it was more than big enough for our party of 13. The area itself is in walking distance of two supermarkets, strip of bars, the beach, beach bars, marina, tobacco shop the list is endless, however if you don't like to walk taxis are available. highly recomeended

going to start by praising the owner David for his great communication and understanding given the covid situation and a lot of last minute changes to our group, he really couldn't have been more helpful. The house is fantastic and provides everything as advertised and there are signs of constantly ongoing improvements when the property is compared to the pictures on line. The real Jewel is the pool - brilliant size for a private pool plenty of space for the 6 over-sized lilos we had and room others to still get in - we even rigged up a net for water volleyball 4 v 4 and half the pool was still empty! The beach is is only about a minute walk away and the area is so safe we happily let the kids (12 and older) have free reign between the beach and the pool as they wanted. Both the sea and the pool were just the right temperature when we were there but it was August and over 30 degrees. Had some great food both along the beach and up the hill in Cabo Riog, really big portions and very reasonable prices. Hard to comment on the area due to covid making everything very different to normal, but it seemed like a really nice area with something for everyone. Already booked again for next year, hopefully with out all the restrictions giving us an even better time - only been back home 3 days and counting the days till we return.

A fabulous family get away

Just back this evening from our weeks holiday at this beautiful villa. Dave, the owner was very helpful and kept in contact in the lead up to our holiday, and even during our stay when we needed some advice. Alex who manages the villa was on hand to answer any questions and the whole check in and out worked like clockwork. We were even able to leave our luggage at the villa until our coach arrived early afternoon. The villa itself is incredibly spacious with a pool that was well maintained, a great temperature and it felt very safe as it’s surrounded by a grass like covering rather than the usual tiles- meaning it was never slippery. This was really important to us because we were there as a family of 11 adults and our 2 year old grandson. We made good use of the bbq and large kitchen area and in the evenings we were able to sit in the garden or on the terrace. The beach is literally at the end of the road, it’s busy but beautiful with some great beach bars. Our son hired a car and we organised transfers via a local taxi company- but to be honest once you are at the villa everything is in walking distance- albeit the supermarket is up a steep hill. Alex advised home deliveries are really easy to organise and would make it even more convenient. I’d absolutely recommend this villa to anyone. It’s in an area that felt really safe, the villa had everything we needed and the air conditioning was brilliant- and certainly made our stay so much more comfortable.

myself and my wife are based in Essex,and we found this villa which we fully refurbished,the villa is in an affluent area with private security,it has a large private pool,this area is an oasis along this part of the coast,next to the beach and a ten minute walk to the cabo roig strip,home to many bars and restaurants,there are also some local bars and restaurants nearer if you fancy a short walk along the beach to the marina.
This area has something for everyone,whether it is lively,golf,beach,shopping or just spending long nights on the balcony with a bottle of wine
