In the heart of Granville, unique view of Cours Jonville (shops, market, Carnival) 150 m from the beach of Gousset flat where our beach cabin is available from June 30 to September 14, the port, the thalasso, casino, garden and villa Dior, Charming duplex on the 4th and last floor of a typical fisherman's house dating from 1850. Upscale services (3D TV, wifi included, espresso coffee maker) open kitchen on the living room and private terrace. Nbx storage. 1 ch (bed 140) 1 convertible (bed 160). Italian shower room and laundry. Linens, beach towels offered. Cleaning service not included (40 €). Extra person over 2 people: 25 € per day per person. Possibility to rent our closed garage (8 € / day).
! CAUTION ! No elevator. The staircase leading to the duplex on the top floor is steep and narrow, typical of Granville fishermen's houses.

Quirky Duplex

Duplex was located centrally in Granville, and was stylish, clean, and imaginatively designed. We loved the vibrancy and general buzziness of the area, in particular the excellent variety of shops, bars and restaurants, all on our doorstep. However, as per the owners' clear description in the listing, the property is spread over the fourth and fifth floors of an old building. The stairs are narrow and twisting, and not for those who are size or mobility compromised. Personally however, we thought they added to the charm and uniqueness of the duplex. So, many thanks to our hosts. We loved Granville, and had a wonderful time in your beautiful appartment.

Perfect Place for a stay in a city with access to beach

The apartment is very nice and butiful. The kitchen is small but enough for 2 people. From the terrace you have a great view of the city (we rarely used the terrace though because it was too warm for us and you have to watch out for/clean up the pigeon droppings). The location is great, you have everything around you: shops, restaurants, museum... and it's really only a 5-minute walk to the beach (at the casino). Notes: As described, the staircase is really very narrow and 5 floors high. The conversation was only possible via message in French (English conversation was only possible to a limited extent). Parking in front of the house is difficult, especially on days with a market (e.g. Saturdays) the parking area in front of the house is closed (if you have a lot of luggage you may have problems here). It is also advisable to rent the garage even if it is a bit further away. Checking into the apartment and accessing the garage was a bit difficult (the garage key box was jammed, the apartment's automatic door opener is sensitive. Don't forget to keep the remote control for the garage entrance with you at all times). During the time we were there, there was unfortunately really loud noise every night, sometimes until to 4 a.m. (lots of screaming groups of young people and we could only sleep with earplugs). But despite everything, we really enjoyed our stay, as it is a great apartment in a great location.

AUCUN ACCUEIL DIGICODE CONNECTE NON FONCTIONNEL

Nous avons eu une arrivée perturbé par l'accès dans les escaliers impraticable avec une grosse valise et trois boîtes de codes dont une connecté par wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas. A la réservation, ces 2 points n'étaient pas mentionnés. Sur le mail de confirmation, il n'y avait pas de numéros de téléphone des propriétaires mais l'indication que s'il y a une question, il faut se connecter. Nous n'avons pas eu l'information de clés pour un garage que nous aurions bien aimé utiliser car le stationnement est partout payant. Après avoir trouvé le numéro de téléphone du propriétaire, il nous a ouvert la porte à distance. Nous avons dû ensuite chaque fois ouvrir la porte avec une application sur le portable en ne sachant pas si cela va fonctionner! C'est une expérience que nous ne voulons pas revivre. Je vous demande de préciser les moyens d'accès et d’accueil sur vos locations pour éviter ses soucis, merci.

Soucieux de satisfaire nos hôtes, nous sommes vraiment désolés que vous n'ayez pas apprécié votre séjour. Nous indiquons pourtant clairement sur notre annonce le message suivant : "MISE EN GARDE, pas d'ascenseur, escalier étroit". Nous indiquons sur l'annonce notre numéro de téléphone. Nous avons contrôlé toutes les serrures fonctionnent correctement. En revanche, nous ne comprenons pas pourquoi vous n'avez pas respecté notre appartement en souillant les draps, la salle d'eau, et la cuisine (photos à l'appui) . Votre séjour est aussi pour nous une très mauvaise expérience. Les appréciations, les échanges des hôtes ayant séjournés avant et après vous sont excellents et restent notre référence.

Super Duplex

A lovely rooftop property with views over the town centre. Perfect for two. Well furnished and decorated lounge and bedroom, small but functional kitchen and great shower room. Very relaxing stay just slightly spoilt by noisy late night revellers leaving a near by bar. Would definitely recommend it for a long weekend stay.

Nous avons adoré l’appartement. Joli, calme et surplombant le centre de Granville. La terrasse est superbe, à l’ombre pour déjeuner le midi (en août en tous cas). On est à quelques minutes à pied de la plage du Plat Gousset, c’est génial. Même grimper les 4 étages ne nous a pas paru pénible. Nous recommandons vivement cette location

Eine besondere Ferienwohnung mit viel Charme

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit Ihrer Größe und Einrichtung perfekt für den Urlaubsaufenthalt von zwei Personen ausgestattet. Die Lage in der Stadt ist zentral mit allen den sich daraus ergebenen Vor - und Nachteilen. Der Zugang zur Wohnung selbst ist beschwerlich durch das enge Treppenhaus und den damit verbundenen 56 Stufen. Einmal in der Wohnung wird man durch die geschmacklich gute Einrichtung in eine sich wohl fühlende Stimmung versetzt. Rundherum haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.

Perfekte Wohnung im Zentrum

Sehr schöne, gemütliche Wohnung im Zentrum von Granville. Alles vorhanden, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Tolle Dachterrasse, auf der man wunderbar frühstücken kann. Kurze Wege zum Einkaufen, zu guten Restaurants und zum Strand. Reizende Vermieter, die den Aufenthalt auch durch ihre Vorbereitung vollkommen machen.

Wunderschöne Normandie

Wir haben einige Tage im Duplex verbracht und die Zeit dort sehr genossen, auch wenn die Sonne leider nicht immer mitgespielt hat. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Beschreibung und die Fotos entsprechen der Wirklichkeit, die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und haben unsere Fragen fast sofort beantwortet. Granville ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert, es gibt im Ort und der Umgebung sehr viel zu sehen und erleben.

Séjour au coeur de Granville

Excellent séjour au cœur de la ville et très bien situé. Pour accéder à ce charmant Duplex, 4 étages à "escalader" assez raides et étroits mais une fois là-haut le Duplex est confortable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Rien ne manque. La literie est excellente. A recommander. NB

Très beau duplex de charme

Très beau duplex plein de charme, accueillent, chaleureux, très bien aménagé, contenant tout le nécessaire, bien situé. Propriétaires attentifs et prévenants. Seul petit bémol : ne pas avoir de bagages trop encombrants vu l'étroitesse de l'escalier

Duplex très très bien

Le Duplex était très propre à notre arrivée et faciles d’accès. Les photos sur le cite son bien réelle. très très bien , l'endroit est calme. les rues avec les commerces sont à deux minutes à pieds, comme les restaurants. Les promenades à pieds sont magnifiques. On le recommandes . Un grand merci à Corrines et François.

Schönes Appartement in Stadtmitte

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, neues Appartement auf zwei Ebenen mit Balkon im vierten Stock eines alten Fischerhauses mitten in der Stadt - nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt vom Strand! Nette, hilfsbereite Vermieter, alles ist vorhanden, Strandhütte inklusive! Die Unterkunft ist am besten für ein Paar mit oder ohne Kind geeignet. Empfehlenswert!

Séjour de charme à Granville.

Mieux que sur les photos, un appartement plein de charme décoré avec goût en plein centre ville, hyper bien équipé , grand écran TV, Lecteur DVD, chaîne hifi, jolie vaisselle.... C'est sur nous y retournerons.
