Newly constructed Condo in town only a block from Sister Bay Beach!

Newly constructed Mill Road Place is in heart of downtown Sister Bay located a half a block up mill from Bayshore Drive. More information and pictures coming soon. The units will have LVP flooring, tiled showers, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, shiplap in bedrooms, fireplace, 55′ TV, 40′ TV’s in bedrooms, patio with table and chairs, bike rack, and propane grill. Unit 2 is located on the second floor.

The place was so cute and comfortable. It was close to all of our favorite Door County spots. Easy access and great location! We will be back for sure!

The condo was beautiful! So new and fresh and an ideal location. We would recommend better felt pads on the kitchen chairs as we are afraid these (that fall off) will not protect the floor! Maybe bath mats for the shower. It is slippery in there. We hope to return for sure. Thank you.

Fun time in Sister Bay

The condo is centrally located in Sister Bay and within walking distance to coffee, places to eat and shop. The place was comfortable, clean and cozy. I really liked our stay, but take issue with a few things:1) We had to wash our towels before checking out. What's the point of charging a cleaning fee if we have to wash our own towels? Not only that, the instructions said we had to provide our own laundry detergent. Turns out there was detergent in the room, but to be expected to provide the detergent is crazy! We had to get going early, so we washed towels the night before, which means we had no towels to use in the morning. 2) There wasn't hand soap in the bathrooms. Now, for the price we are paying for the condo, soap should be provided! How ridiculous.3) You will have to toss out your garbage outside. Not a huge deal, but again there is a cleaning fee, so what exactly does it cover?To the owners...while the condo is lovely, requesting guests to wash towels, provide their own detergent, and skimp on hand soap is outrageous, considering how much guests are paying. Do better for your guests.

Nice Place

It was a very nice place with a great location that is right in the middle of Sister Bay. The rooms were nicely decorated and very homey. I would recommend this place and would use it again. The only negative was the requirement to wash and dry the towels before checking out. We have never had that request before.

This property is a hidden gem! Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and very close to the water! Beautifully decorated, 2 patios, very modern look.

Lovely condo!

This unit was an upstairs condo that was beautiful. My sister and I stayed here. We each had our own lovely bedroom and bathroom. The living area was spacious with 2 balconies. A separate laundry room kept the atmosphere quiet. There was a little issue with cleaning (mistakes happen) when we arrived, but it was remedied quickly by the property management. Coffee and restaurants are right around the corner in all different directions. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location-new build.

Because this property is new there is a fair amount of off gassing from glue, paint, etc.. Luckily it was cool enough to leave the windows open, which seemed to help. We loved this unit with a couple of exceptions. The doors squeak and the bathroom door off the living space doesn’t close properly and has to be held during use if you want privacy. Hopefully this will be remedied soon as we did leave a note for the owner. After 20 years of staying in many other Door County locations we would definitely return to Sister Bay.
