Very quiet ground floor villa located in a residential area in Abatilles Arcachon, 400m from the large beach of Pereire, with a large garden and located at the foot of a wooded dune that protects the wind from the sea very close. Large living room of 40M2, the villa has a neat and modern decoration, opening with large windows on a large terrace bordering a swimming pool (10 out of 5) heated. The living room has a modern fireplace, television and internet. Four rooms with 2 beds of 140cm, 1 bed of 160 cm and 2 beds of 90cm. A bathroom, a shower room and a shower, two separate toilets. Independent fitted kitchen, dressing room and room of 30m2, glazed on two walls overlooking the pool and garden with a large Jacuzzi 6 places. Terrace furniture: 10 people teak table, garden chairs, 2 umbrellas and 5 sun loungers. Plancha, barbecue and pingpong. Privatized driveway with space to park several cars.
Local shops and pharmacy. Two tennis clubs, one in front of the villa (3 clay courts) and the other 400m (17 clay courts), a golf 4 'drive, and a thalassotherapy center 300m. Nice property for relaxed Holiday

Calm garden, nice pool and whirlpool and good starting point for trips to the wonderful surrounding (dune de Pilat, Arcachon, Bordeaux, St. Emilion, Moulleau, Boat Trips to cap ferret, le Bassin), good beds, plancha, nothing missed. Very gentle owner.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette villa de plain-pied. J'ai particulièrement aimé l'environnement boisé, d'une absolue tranquillité et sans vis-à-vis. Mes petites-filles ont adoré la piscine chauffée à 28 degrés, ainsi que le grand jacuzzi. La plage Péreire, accessible à pied, est magnifique et bordée de pins. La plancha permet une cuisson aisée des aliments sur la terrasse. Le couple de propriétaires est très sympathique et nous accueille à l'arrivée et au départ.

Vacances parfaites

Maison agréable et fonctionnelle dans un bel écrin de verdure et de calme. Emplacement exceptionnel dans une impasse avec un accès à la magnifique plage du Pereire à pied en 5 minutes, c’est un vrai luxe de ne pas prendre son véhicule car les stationnements sont limités et vite pris d’assaut. A 10 minutes en voiture du centre d’Arcachon et de son marché. Les propriétaires de la maison sont extrêmement gentils et prévenants. Nous avons eu un problème sur un volet roulant, les propriétaires sont intervenus très rapidement pour le dépannage. Ils connaissent parfaitement la région et leurs conseils sont toujours les bienvenus.

Avec une météo très aléatoire, le jacuzzi intérieur et la piscine chauffée sont un vrai plus. Quelques appareils électroménagers à revoir pour parfaire le séjour et ce serait idéal.

Une villa au calme , idéalement placée, avec une superbe piscine et un jacuzzi spacieux

Nous avons été très gentillement accueillis par les propriétaires . La villa est très bien placée, proche du moulleau et du centre d'arcachon et à deux pas à pied de la plage et du tennis. Nous avons circulé à vélo pendant notre séjour (pistes cyclables à proximité immédiate) . La villa est au calme, entourée de verdure, sans vis à vis et équipée d'une très belle piscine et d'un jaccuzy abrité dans une pièce indépendante. La maison est bien équipée et très spacieuse pour passer un très bon séjour en famille et entre amis.

Superbe séjour a la mer et au calme dans les arbres

Une maison dans laquelle on se sent bien immédiatement, qui a une âme. Grand calme car elle est au fond d’une allée d’une impasse et parce que le jardin borde un bois. Piscine ou jacuzzi selon l’humeur... plage à 7mn par un petit chemin dans le bois. Accueil gentil des propriétaires. Bref,superbe séjour!

Propriétaire très agréable et disponible. Une maison très bien placée tout proche de la plage Pereire et au calme . Notre séjour a été parfait en tout point. La maison est très agréable propre et bien distribuée pour que chacun se repose . Piscine et jacuzzi particulièrement appreciés!! Calme mais à proximité toutes les commodités et commerces. A recommander sans hésiter !
