Centrally located condo in Pensacola. A short drive to Pensacola Christian College and major hospitals. Publix grocery is near by and so is the mall. The navy base is approximately 15 minutes away depending upon traffic. The beach is approximately 20 minutes away. Downtown town is about 10 minutes via I110 where many unique shops, bars and restaurants can be found for a night out. I'm always available by phone or text if you need any recommendations before or during your stay. Cameras at front door and patio door.

It was perfect for our little family. We were minutes from the College and minutes from the Blue Angel's. All you need to bring is food and spices because the unit has everything you need. Even a crackpot, lol. It even had Shampoo and Conditioner, hair dryer, toilet paper, etc.. Pet friendly and clean. We had a confusion about the unit number and entrance code but the host was quick to respond. Definitely recommend and would stay again if I ever come back to Pensacola.

We had a wonderful stay. I love the location of this unit, as well as the walkability to nearby businesses. Very safe and friendly area. We had everything we needed. I loved the in unit laundry, A/C and hot water. Great water pressure, too. Thanks again.

Host is great with communication. The unit itself is on the older side and does need some maintenance done. It’s pretty clean and is situated in a good central location. The beds are really on the soft side, so if you prefer a firm mattress, be prepared. The living room furniture is also pretty well broken in. Soft and cushy to say the least.The experience working with the host was very good and he is very responsive! We appreciate that very much.

Good central location in Pensacola, can easily reach Johnson's beach, NAS, Pensacola Beach and even FWB/Destin. Quiet neighborhood. Great value.
