Très bon séjour, seul bémol : l’emplacement de parking gratuit est situé trop loin, il faudrait un système de carte à placer sur le pare brise pour justifier du stationnement en qualité de riverain.

Alter Zauber und Charme

Die Villa, Werk von dem hollandischen Belle Époque Architekt Niermans, ist wunderschönes Stück Vergangenheit. Als Sommervilla der Pariser Bürgerlichkeit wurde das Gebäude dem damaligen Promoter geliefert und wurde bis heute so gehalten, mithilfe der für Denkmalschutz zuständigen lokalen Behörden. Die polygonalen Zimmer und das Licht hat uns an unseren Jahren in den Niederlanden und unserer damaligen Wohnung in Harlem stark erinnert. Für einen Herbsturlaub tritt die einfache Verglasung und die allgemeine Isolation des Gebäudes ein und die Luft in der Wohnung wird kalt und feucht, vor allem nachts. Mit Kindern es ist nicht optimal trotz einwandfrei funktionierender Stromheizung. Allgemein eine super Ferienwohnung, mit Kindern dennoch nur für den Sommerurlaub geeignet. Wir kommen zurück!

Der Empfang war sehr nett.Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und uns fehlte es an Nichts.Das Einzige,was nicht so super war,ist,dass es kein WLAN gab und dass das Parken etwas Probleme gemacht hat.Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert

Appartement tres clair, bien agence, bien meible et tres propre. L'endroit est agreable. Le temps n'etait pas exactement celui attendu mais le chauffage est efficace. Une des premiere station balneaire de la cote de la Manche dotee d'un tiche patrimoine architectural.

Superbe appartement à Mers les bains, très lumineux, très fonctionnel et permettant de faire beaucoup de choses à pied notamment pour rejoindre Le Tréport. L'appartement est bien équipé et en particulier pour un bébé. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce logement décoré et équipé avec beaucoup de charme. Nous nous y sommes sentis chez nous ! Il est très bien équipé et le matériel est de qualité.
