Located 200 meters from the beach, Les Trois Moulins is surrounded by vineyards and has:

9 of us stayed at this wonderful property. The facilities are great and the location is perfect for walking / cycling into St Martin. The pool and the outdoor area were perfect for the family. Francis and Emilie were really helpful, they live next door so were on hand to help with any issues. Note, there are no table tennis bats or balls should you want to use the table so you have to take your own. I would highly recommend this property for large family gatherings or multiple family holidays. We would definitely consider returning. Thanks Emilie and Francis

Un we au top entre amis. La maison est fabuleusement adaptée et agréable. En 5mn on se sentait chez nous et en 15 mn on avait l'impression d'y être depuis 1 semaine... Merveilleux accueil d'Emolie et Francis. Bravo à tous les deux, ne changez rien :-))

De très belles vacances a 4 familles avec enfants

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine à l’île de Ré, dans la jolie maison de Francis et Mimi , a 4 familles + enfants. La maison est bien agencée et très agréable à vivre, avec en plus la clim dans les chambres et des grands arbres qui permettent d’être à l’ombre - des moustiquaires seraient un plus. Le coin piscine est des plus agréables , la piscine est adaptée aux familles avec une zone petit bain bien appréciable pour les petits à la descente dans l’eau et suffisamment grande pour les autres. La « verrière de piscine » escamotable nous a permis avec l’effet de serre d’avoir une « piscine chauffée » avec une eau à 30 degrés, au grand bonheur des enfants et des frileux. La maison est bien située , à proximité des fortifications de Saint Martin de Ré - un petit chemin à l’arrière au milieu des vignes permet d’éviter la route principale - c’est qui est bien pratique à velo avec enfants. L’environnement est calme et propice à la détente. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et reactifs. En un mot, un très beau séjour , nous reviendrons avec plaisir une prochaine fois !

L’annonce ne correspond pas à la maison louée

Désagréable surprise de découvrir que la maison louée ne correspondait pas à l’annonce. Ce n’est même pas le même village ni le même standing en revanche le prix lui reste le même ! Les échanges avec le propriétaire ont été compliqués et jusqu’au dernier jour, il m’a semblé compliqué d’obtenir les renseignements souhaités sur la maison.

Agréable maison de vacances

Une très belle propriété bien située avec toutes les commodités. Le gérant est à l’écoute et très disponible pour les renseignements. Par contre le Menage n’était pas très bien fait , nous avons relavé la vaisselle et beaucoup de toiles d’araignée ! Malgré tout je recommande cette belle maison !

Rustic charm - a bit run down

Our family of 6 adults and 6 children had a wonderful week stayimg here. The pool is fantastic and the covers are very easy to move, offering both protectin=on from lilttle children wandering to the pool area, but also some much needed UV protection. The beds are all comfortable and we found everything we could need. It is a short walk / cycle ride to the quay side at St Martin with all its lovely restaurants. Problems: Only half the rings on the oven worked The oven door doesn't close fully and is tricky to operate. The dishwasher was tetchy and often just didn't start When we arrived, there were only 4 decent sized mugs for coffee), but the proprietor delivered a load more as soon as we told him about this. The shower by the pool is bcompletely blocked and one of the chaisse longe for the pool was dangerously broken. One of the (essential) air conditioning units stopped working on the 5th night, only to resume normal activity the next day... We found broken glass and some rubbish on the lawn, so be careful running around on the glass without shoes. All in all, I accept these are fairly minor problems and the overall place is really lovely for a large family holiday.

Nous avons loué la maison de Francis et Emilie entre amis. Nous étions 4 familles. La maison est super ! Super emplacement, et la piscine couverte est un réel plus. La disponibilité, la réactivité et la communication avec Francis et Emilie sur place ont aussi été très appréciés. Quelques équipements de la maison sont à revoir du fait de l'usure naturelle, Francis et Emilie l'ont noté et sont très à l'écoute. En résumé, nous recommandons les yeux fermés ! merci encore Francis et Emilie pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité.

Très bon séjour. Maison pratique et fonctionnelle, conforme aux photos et qui convient à des groupes nombreux. Piscine chauffée. SPA accessible dans le jardin du propriétaire. Francis nous a chaleureusement accueilli, vous pouvez compter sur lui pour passer un bon moment. La ville de saint martin de ré est à 10 min à pieds. Merci beaucoup pour votre hospitalité!
