You'll even be treated to such at-home luxuries as heated floors in the master bath, new stainless steel appliances and bar seating in the kitchen, a beautiful waterfall quartz countertop, a curved flatscreen TV, and direct access to the ocean beach from the new deck and hot tub!

The center of Neskowin is less than a quarter-mile away, where you'll find a few dining options and a small store. You'll also be just over a block from the Neskowin Beach Golf Course, where you can fit in a scenic round of golf.

Perfect for family time!

My family and I loved this place! The beds/bedding were comfortable, there's plenty of seating, the kitchen is well-stocked, everything was in working order and well kept. The location could not be better--you feel tucked away in a quiet neighborhood of locals instead of amongst throngs of tourists. Walking on the beach and hearing the sound of the surf all day--perfection. Would definitely return.

The house was perfect for a family gathering. The open concept made it nice for all to be able to visit. Rooms were large. Sand area was perfect for kids to play. I do recommend replacing the master bed mattress as it was not comfortable which is why I rated overall as a 4… otherwise would be 5 as it is an amazing house.

Great family getaway house

Amazing views! Nice open layout. Kitchen well equipped. Only had issues getting oven to preheat & hold temp which made it difficult for meals. Shower handles were also a bit loose. Lots of towels & the hot tub was great! An extra tv in a bedroom would be nice for when we wanted to spread out & some seating options on the deck to enjoy the beautiful view. Overall nice place! Loved the location!

Family coast trip

This house has an amazing location and views over the beach and ocean. Kitchen, dining room, master bedroom and living room are spacious and cozy. Easy path access to the beach is very close in either direction of the house. If you don’t mind rock walking, access is right out the back door. High tide is pretty cool as it comes right up to the rocks behind the house. We were surprised by the cleanliness of the beach right there at Neskowin. Once on the beach, Proposal Rock is a very quick walk away. Great place to stay in this quiet town……(in June) A few basic amenities missing (ex. Facial tissues, coffee) but that is nit picking. Overall a wonderful experience. Thank you

Very well designed new home right at ocean´s edge. Super high ceilings, well insulated, top of line hardware down to the solid wood door hinges. 2 bedrooms have own bathroom. 2 more bedrooms share a bathroom. Top of line memory foam mattresses with highest quality linens. Master bath has bidet and heated floor. Fully supplied kitchen with good quality settings, appliances, and uticils. Held formal catered dinner at dining room table - solid live-edge with ample seating for 12 family guests. Never experienced this in any of these kinds of rentals before. Top notch all the way.

Stunning View and Gorgeous Home

We loved this home. It is located right on the beach. Lots of windows, gorgeous high ceilings and tasteful modern decor. Two bedrooms have private en suites and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. We got our nerve up and got into the perfectly heated hot tub during a hail storm. It was heaven!!! Two small drawbacks. The beach access is a block and a half away and the hot water was just warm after a child took a bath an hour prior. All things that are important to me but may not be for others. Oh, the house was fully stocked with anything and everything you could possibly want or need. Overall it was a wonderful stay. 4.9 out of 5 stars!!!♥️

A Wonderful Oceanfront Retreat with a Few Limitations and Areas for Improvement!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful oceanfront home! Being right on the ocean was a dream – you could hear and see the waves from the great room, which was incredibly light, bright, and airy. The extra-large dining table was perfect for our extended family, accommodating both meals and lively game nights. We also appreciated the comfortable lounging in the great room, allowing for relaxed conversations with ocean views. The flexible lighting throughout was a nice touch. While the interior of the home features a convenient single-level floor plan, it's important to note that entry to the house (both front and back) does require navigating stairs, which could be a consideration for older guests or those with special needs. The thoughtful layout with two en-suite bathrooms plus a shared hall bathroom provided a great balance of privacy and shared access, and the parking area easily fit three cars without any hassle. The smaller bedrooms offered great sleeping accommodations. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this home for a memorable ocean getaway!

Dreamy Neskowin Destination

Our annual 4th of July celebration at Pacific Dream in Neskowin marked our fifth wonderful year, and it continues to exceed expectations. The beachfront location is truly unbeatable, offering stunning views and easy access, which is especially convenient since we have family in the area. We absolutely adore spending time unwinding on the spacious deck, sinking into the big comfy sofa, and enjoying relaxing evening sessions in the hot tub. The home's layout, particularly the well-appointed kitchen and dining room, is perfectly designed for hosting our family gatherings. Pacific Dream has become a cornerstone of our family traditions, and we've created countless lasting memories here. We're already eagerly anticipating our return next year!

Excellent Place on the Beach

This was an excellent house to stay at! It was right on the beach with beautiful views and very tastefully updated and newer. We stayed here with our family and everyone enjoyed it. The beach access was very close, but there were large boulders as steps. So if you have difficulty walking or going up and downstairs, it may be difficult. The hot tub was excellent! The kids loved it. One of the only complaints we had was with the kitchen. We tend to cook our meals while on vacation to save costs. At times, it was difficult to find what we needed within the kitchen, but overall it had the basics. The beds were great, and again the views were absolutely phenomenal. We definitely stay here again.

Just as pictured!

Absolutely perfect spot. It looked almost too good to be true from the photos, but it was everything we hoped it would be. So close to the ocean! Fire pit and hot tub was lovely and overall the place was clean.
