The contemporary villa is ideally located, just outside the center of PĂ©zenas. It offers breathtaking views of the countryside and is located in a very quiet residential area. You are 17 min. walk from the center of PĂ©zenas and 10 minutes. by car from the A9 motorway exit and 5 min. by car from the A75 exit

The villa offers everything for a family that knows how to appreciate luxury, comfort and calm. The parental suite opens the view on the plain and the swimming pool. 3 bedrooms on the ground floor which are all equipped with a personalized shower room. The 4th bedroom is on the 1st floor.
Bed linen is provided on site as well as bath sheets. The indoor kitchen has a steam oven, classic oven, dishwasher, American fridge, washing machine, dryer, etc. The main room is bright and oriented towards the exceptional view. The house is equipped with internet, wifi and flat screen TV with Netflix. The outdoor summer kitchen offers a relaxation area in the shade with a view of the garden.

PĂ©zenas is ideally located to take full advantage of the southern region. Beautifully presented property with all the amenities you could need for a stay. The house was lovely with plenty of space and an easy walk (20 mins) or so into the town centre. The aircon made the house a pleasant way to escape the heat when you needed to. The hosts were welcoming and immensely helpful throughout. A wonderful week spent here.

Great house for a family holiday!Outside area is fantastic with the big pool and the hot tub and round the corner in the shade a dining table and bbq.Inside is really well done and finished to a high standard. Kitchen has quality appliances and big double fridge. Shower/bath/toilet situation in the main bedroom is a bit weird needing you to put down all the electric blinds to have a shower which is in the middle of the room.The bedroom upstairs isn’t aircon, also window and stairs don’t make it suitable for kids so we didn’t use it.

There are also three bedrooms on the ground floor, giving families plenty of flexibility, with adults able to use the upstairs bedroom if preferred. Beautiful villa

A really beautiful villa in a perfect location. Amazing swimming pool. Five-minute walk to the supermarket and 20-minute walk to the town, where there are lovely restaurants and bars. The owners were so helpful and friendly. We can't wait to go again!

Fabulous Pezenas villa

We absolutely loved our stay in this fabulous villa; it is a very modern and spacious villa with beautiful views of the countryside. The large pool, spa and outdoor alfresco eating areas are great, lots of good quality bed, bathroom and pool linen and well equipped kitchen. Kateligne and Stefan are wonderful hosts, and very helpful throughout booking, check-in, your holiday stay and check-out. Definitely recommend this holiday villa for your stay in or near Pezenas!

High end stay in high end home

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at this property. The property was spotlessly clean and was fitted out to a very high standard. The hosts could not have been more helpful. We were 2 families (8 people) and we had plenty of room. The kids really loved spending time in the pool and hot tub. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful Stay

Our hosts were lovely and very helpful. The property is in a great location, sufficiently close so that you can walk into the town but far enough out to get a lovely view and lots of peace and quiet. Walking back on a night feels very safe and is well lit. The pool is heated so its a very nice temperature. There is plenty to do in the area, beaches, quaint villages, wineries, countryside and hills to walk. We had a really nice time, thank you.

Beautiful house in fabulous location

katilyne and Stephane’s house was perfect, the layout was spacious, very well equipped, and to an excellent standard. The view was amazing from the garden, very calming however it was still a short walk into the lovely town of Pezenas with its historic centre, bars and restaurants. Nothing short of perfect for a family ranging in age from 24-80! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home, we will be back.

Had a lovely stay - views are incredible!

We had a lovely stay here, the views are incredible! Great having the pool and hottub! You can walk into pezanas and the owners were kind enough to tell us what events take place each day in town which was great! The outdoor area was perfect for our boys (7 and 10 years old) to enjoy! It was also nice to have plenty of shade outside in August too. There is no air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom but our son soon got used to the temperature up there. We would definitely return and recommend this place to friends. Xx

Beautiful villa with amazing views

The property certainly lived up to expectations. Our hosts were there to meet us on arrival and show us around their beautiful property. It was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Outside the garden felt open, yet private, with wonderful views. The sizeable pool was great and we spent a lot of time cooling off in the hot weather. The house had good AC too, which was very much appreciated. Katelijne and Stephan were attentive and helped us with advice when needed, and even lent us a beach umbrella when we went to the beach. We hope to return one day.

Excellent house and host

The house was excellent, the pool and outside area and facilities were really good and everything was very clean and in good condition and the location was perfect, right in there of the town with open country side at the back and a short walk out if the front door to the centre of Pezenas. Kateljine and her family were excellent hosts and she and her daughter Camille were on hand when required. Pezenas has a large number restaurants and shops in east walking distance and there are a number of big supermarkets close by with e leclerc 5 mins walk for fresh croissant and bread every morning. Would definitely go back to this house again.

Fantastic holiday

As a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 5) we had a fantastic stay in pezenas . The villa is as described in the listing, in fact it is nicer then the photos suggest. The view from the pool and main bedroom is incredible and the villa is in a very quite location. On arrival the hosts were great showing us around and explaining how the villa worked and left us with cold drinks and wine which was lovely. The villa was spotless on arrival and we stayed for 10 days but could easily have stayed for longer, all having a great and relaxing time. Pool was warm which makes all the difference having stayed in other villas with a cold pools! Hot tub and coushoned seating were ideal when a break from the sun was needed! Would highly recommend this villa and we will be looking to go back again!!

Caters for everything

More than comfortable for our family of 4, beautiful, just great. The kitchen with everything you might imagine to need, a thumble dryer and washmashine brand new, a fridge wiht a source of ice and cold filtered water, two external bbqs and much more. Really comfortable beds for our demanding spines. The swimming pool a bit shallow but of good size and what important, heated. It was useful, especially during two days of cold wind which could cool down water quickly. Owners ready to help in everyhing. It had everything we needed and more, making it feel like a true home away from home.The pool was a highlight for us—we used it nearly every day and it was a fantastic way to unwind. The property is extremely well-equipped, with thoughtful touches throughout that made our stay comfortable and convenient. Things like, the coffee machine was a big hit, towels for the pool and some essentials you need straight away.PĂ©zenas itself is a charming town, full of delightful shops and excellent restaurants. We especially recommend **Grain de Riz**—a real gem! We also explored the surrounding area, including a scenic drive to Colombiers where we enjoyed electric boating, and a trip into the mountains for breathtaking views. The coastline is also within easy reach, making the location ideal for day trips in every direction.The house is very well maintained, and we felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for throughout our stay. Katilyn, Stephane and their daughters hospitality especially made a big difference—they were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect.We left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. It was a truly memorable holiday, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

Lovely property , beautiful views. Pool was lovely and house was exactly as described.Owners were lovely and helpful.If I have one small criticism it was that the bed wasn’t very comfortable, but that is an individual thing

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht und können es uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man fĂŒr einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der beheizte Pool, den wir tĂ€glich genutzt haben. StĂ©phane kĂŒmmerte sich regelmĂ€ssig um die Poolpflege, sodass das Wasser jederzeit sauber und in bestem Zustand war. WĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts herrschte eine aussergewöhnliche Hitzewelle mit Temperaturen von bis zu 38 °C. Umso mehr haben wir die Klimaanlage geschĂ€tzt, die das Haus jederzeit angenehm kĂŒhl hielt und unseren Aufenthalt noch komfortabler machte. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Region zu entdecken. Das historische Zentrum von PĂ©zenas ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Aufgrund der grossen Hitze haben wir meist das Fahrrad genutzt, mit dem sich auch die Umgebung hervorragend erkunden lĂ€sst. Besonders empfehlen können wir die wunderschöne Velotour nach Agde ĂŒber die Voie de la MĂ©ridienne. StĂ©phane und Katlyn sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Man merkt, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer GĂ€ste am Herzen liegt. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen sind sie jederzeit hilfsbereit und reagieren sofort. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute genossen und wĂŒrden dieses Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder buchen.
