Beautiful family Bastide in Sauvian (village in the south of France).
Quiet, facing south, in the heart of a wooded garden (1000m2), splendid villa of 170m2 with swimming pool (60m2), terrace, barbecue, pétanque field, billiards, table tennis, trampoline, many fruit trees.
Interior with neat decoration with a large lounge area and its authentic "Bonzini" table football, open kitchen (modern fully equipped) in the dining room, 5 bedrooms from 12 to 20m2 (4 double beds and 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms bath, 2 wc.
You have all our equipment (dishes, 2 tv, internet, children's games, video games, library). Household linen is also provided.
Possibility to park up to 3 cars in the driveway.
Facing south and located at the end of a dead end, this villa is the ideal place to spend a calm and sunny holiday with family or friends.
You are 2 minutes from the shops of Sauvian and 10 minutes from the beaches (5 km).

We enjoyed the stay very much. A well-equipped house with many amenities for children. There is a pool table, a pinball machine, a table tennis table and a table football table. The pool is very large, the garden too, the house is very well equipped. The location is good, near the sea and not far from the main attractions. The house was very clean

Unser Aufenthalt war richtig schön. Das Haus hat alles anzubieten was man braucht. Die Gastgeber haben so viele Spiele anzubieten, da wird einem nicht langweilig. Der Pool ist natürlich Mega. In dieses Haus würden wir jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und super eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Es bietet jede Menge Abwechslung (Pool, Tischtennis, Billiard Kicker, Boule). Der Urlaub war sehr schön und entspannt.

Wonderful home from home

Superb and attentive hosts, very well equipped villa which feels like a family home. We were a group of 6 adults and kids across 3 generations and it was perfect for us. Lots of children's entertainment. The only negative, the location is quite a way from any town centre. A good 20 minute walk or short drive. Sauvian is small, but has basic shops and bars. Overall, a wonderful experience. Memories we will all treasure. Thank you Fabien & Adeline (and Noa and Alain).

wunderbarer Urlaub

wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen. unsere Kinder (6 + 8) ebenfalls. Wir genossen besonders die Größe des Hauses. Ein Feriendomizil mit einem richtigen Garten in einer natürlichen Nachbarschaft finden wir sehr angenehm. Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt, 3x in der Woche Markt und ein Restaurant im Dorf vorhanden. Bis zum Carrefour und Strand fährt man etwa 10 bzw. 15 Minuten. Vielen Dank

Lovely and well equipped villa

The house and garden are very attractive and well kept. Lots of household and entertainment equipment, which all are in great working order. Communication and arrangements were all efficient and corteous and hasslefree. I would warmly recommend this property especially to families with older children and teenagers. The surrounding area is beautiful and offers a large choice of activities and sights.

Nous avons tenu compte des remarques faites afin d’améliorer encore nos prestations. Cependant, concernant le tarif, nous nous situons dans la fourchette des prix pratiqués à cette période, d’autant plus que nous appliquons un tarif unique de juillet à août . Enfin, il s’agit de notre résidence principale, nous laissons donc à disposition de nos vacanciers toutes nos affaires ( linges, draps, serviettes…) et équipements . Notre souhait est que les familles puissent s’épanouir et profiter aux maximum de notre maison et de la région.

Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans cette belle maison pour passer un excellent séjour : grande piscine, terrain de pétanque, babyfoot, flipper, billard, trempoline, jeux de société, barbecue. Maison très agréable et très bien équipée

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette belle maison, propre et bien décorée et extrêmement bien équipée : nous avons profité de la piscine, du billard, du ping-pong, du terrain de pétanque, du flipper... les grands et les enfants étaient tous ravis. La maison est magnifique, grande et spacieuse. Environnement calme. Tant la grandeur, profondeur que l espace autour de la piscine sont excellent. Il y a même un petit espace lounge super sympa. Babybyfoot , pétanque et ping pong sont tous trois en excellent état. Le proprio est super accueillant et sympa. vélo à disposition. Sauvian est à quelques minutes en voiture des plages. Super bonne boulangerie à Sauvian. Je ne peux que recommande cette maison à toute famille. Idéale pour 2 couples + enfants.

Séjour agréable dans cette jolie maison. Propriétaires sympathiques soucieux du bon séjour des locataires. Nous avons facilement pu nous rendre à la mer chaque matin et profiter de la piscine et de la maison chaque aprés-midi. Environnement calme, très reposant. Un seul bémol le manque de climatisation.

Très bonne impression général: - La maison est spacieuse et très bien agencée (toutes commodités présentes) - la piscine est parfaite, on a pied partout ce qui permet de faire des activités style volley-ball ou de surveiller facilement les enfants. - des activités sympa comme le baby-foot (un vrai) ou le tennis de table sont à disposition - Positionner pas très loin d'un Carrefour ouvert tous les jours pendant l'été et des belles plages de la côte. Le seul petit bémol par très grosse chaleur c'est le manque de clim à l'étage ... Sinon parfait et les propriétaires sont très sympa.
