Luxury Villa w/ SALTWATER Pool & Hot Tub very close to Disney & Universal
Enjoy a stay at our luxurious fully equipped lakefront vacation pool Villa. All the creature comforts you enjoy at home, plus a few extras!
• Plenty of privacy as this house has no neighbors in the back, just a peaceful lake w/ breathtaking views
• Only 3 miles to Disney & only 18 miles to Universal
• Huge screened in Lanai enclosing pool & spa
• Onsite washer/dryer
• Garage w/ 2 car driveway
• Beautifully maintained, quiet & safe resort-like neighborhood
• Easy Self checkin

This place is not your typical rental, this is our 2nd home, and we take great pride in it. We are consistently making upgrades whenever we can.
Pre-approved pet(s) are welcome at the rate of $20/night/pet.
Linens included! We include enough toiletries to get you started, but you’ll probably need to bring additional. We also have high speed wireless internet.
We offer OTA cable from an antenna in the living room and the bedrooms. The antenna reception is unfortunately not very good but a handful of local channels come in fairly well, especially during prime time (7-9am, 5-7pm, 10-11pm)
The living room TV is a smart TV powered by Roku in Guest Mode.
This feature is perfect for short term rentals because it allows you to sign in to your own subscription apps (like Hulu, Netflix, etc), using your own account credentials and you specify a date on which your credentials will be automatically signed out.
***Expert Travel Tip***
If you have your own streaming device (AppleTV, Roku, Amazon Fire Stick, Chromecast, etc) bring it! Then all your favorites can come with you.
You will have private use of the house. The house is actually a 4 bedroom. However, we keep one bedroom locked for our personal private use. We will not be there during your stay.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We require a timely checkout. Guests who check out after 10:00 a.m. will be charged a late fee equal to the daily rate of the reservation for every half-hour they remain in the home.
Turn off all TVs, lights, and ceiling fans (including on the lanai).
Close and lock all doors and windows (except for the lanai screens). If you moved any furniture, please put back
