About this property

Modern tropical atmosphere with full equipment. The house is very pleasant to live in, small view of the ocean, verandah, terrace, small swimming pool making a jacuzzi. Ideal for an aperitif, one in the water, the other in the comfortable sofa. Outdoor shower, deckchair for reading in the shade of the shade sail. Electric gate, parking for 2 cars. Ideally located (2 steps from the center) for both the beach and nightlife. A most relaxing break.
There are a few steps to enter the house and there everything is on one level. A parental suite with its adjoining bathroom and a 180 cm bed. The 2nd bedroom is larger with a 180cm bed and the 3rd plus cocooning with its bed veil. The equipment is complete, pyrolysis oven, American refrigerator (ice cube maker) and a refrigerator under the veranda, dishwasher and washing machine. Large showers in 120x90. Separate WC. Heated outdoor shower (very pleasant after the beach or the steps). Deckchairs under the shade sail. High table under the veranda and table in the open kitchen. Interior living room in white leather TV and internet with fiber optic, TV wing, Netflix. Books. adjustable lighting according to colors and brightness in all rooms and of course in the garden and veranda.

Une semaine de repos...

Accueil très agréable et grande réactivité de la propriétaire lors d'un soucis sur la piscine. Très belle villa avec équipement +++ - Equipement de cuisine (épices, électroménager, BBQ gaz ou charbon, speedychef, etc...) - Equipement média (chromecast, appletv, box tv, netflix, Internet via fibre ...) - Equipement confort (des lumières partout pour tamiser les ambiances à volonté... que ce soit des éclairages au plafond ou plus subtil comme sous les meubles, mirroir etc) Aucun vis-à-vis malgré la configuration du lotissement qui pourrait laisser croire le contraire. Le canapé d'angle autour du bassin sont un piège a vacancier... une fois installé vous n'en bougerez plus de la journée Commerces de proximité tous accessible à pied (nespresso, boulangerie, pizzeria, marché forrain, restaurant, bar etc etc) On recommande +++
