In the heart of a private residence, our villa offers you a very pleasant living environment. Located 500 meters from Boucan Canot Beach, it has a tropical garden, private parking, a terrace with a lounge and a barbecue for the gourmet.
On an interior surface of 100 m2, you will have 3 bedrooms (including 2 air-conditioned, 1 ventilated) with the possibility of lending a baby cot, a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower (hairdryer) ), a WC, a dining room opening onto a living room equipped with a TV with: DVD player, satellite package, a kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge and freezer .
Capacity of the villa: 7 people.
Possibility of a bungalow (new and air-conditioned) in the garden for 2 additional people, equipped with a large bed and equipped with its own bathroom: shower, sink and wc, (additional charge 245eurossem).

Fabulous

Our flight was delayed, so a family member contacted the owners who were so understanding. The villa is spacious and homely. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 children. The pool was enjoyed by all and the owners went above and beyond to make us very welcome. They allowed us to have family over and as we had a birthday celebration gave permission for all the family to use the pool. Our stay was fabulous. Thank you

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par les propriétaires qui habitent juste à côté (partage la piscine) mais sont très discrets. La maison est ancienne avec les bons (typique de la Réunion) et les moins bons (poussière, taches accumulées) côtés. Elle est très grande, très fonctionnelle, une terrasse extérieure et un salon intérieur très très agréables. La cuisine est fonctionnelle avec un grand frigo américain.La villa est située dans un lotissement très calme, très appréciable. L'ouest de l'île de la Réunion est magnifique. La villa est idéalement située pour le visiter. Nous y reviendrions avec plaisir !

Des vacances exceptionnelles à Boucan Canot

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une habitation exceptionnelle. Un jardin tropicale magnifique, une piscine à 28 degrés. La maison est spacieuse et très agréable avec tt le confort. L emplacement est idéal pour passer de très bonnes vacances à proximité direct de la plage de Boucan. Les propriétaires sont charmants et bienveillants.
