Want a quick get away that has a prime location and is a wonderful retreat for a quick getaway to Dallas? Well here it is. As of March 2023, first floor updates include all new Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring, Paint with Beautiful Accent Wall and Trim! Great for a short vacation or business stay. Fenced small backyard to enjoy the outdoors and a welcoming park 1/2 block away to enjoy your daily walk! Close to Baylor Hospital, 1 mile from Deep Ellum and Downtown Dallas.

Owner will be available by phone and email during your stay to answer any questions that you may have about the property.

House is 1/2 block from the park and 10 minutes from Downtown Dallas. There are coffee shop and restaurants within walking distance.

Lockbox code will be sent a few days before check-in.

This recently updated duplex has an open concept feel with large chef's kitchen, open to dining and living area. Exceptionally comfortable couch with 4G Smart TV viewing. High ceilings give the living a very spacious feel. Bedroom upstairs is away from it all with very comfortable queen bed. Safe accessible parking. Pet friendly, fenced patio with pee pad.

East Dallas Holiday

Perfect getaway. We loved the easy access to Exall Park for dog walks but the convenience of the back patio was helpful when it rained. The property was clean, comfy, and quiet. It was super easy access. We would definitely recommend this one!

Great Property!

Kim was beyond accommodating. My husband and I had to change our dates twice and she was quick to respond and allowed us to extend our stay no problem. The property was clean and very homey. It was in a good location, just outside of the downtown area. There’s a cute backyard which was great for my dog and there was a large park right down the street. I would definitely stay again!
