Beautiful and Spacious open concept Apartment. Steps from Bahia Santa Cruz Beach, located within walking distance to market, restaurants, banks and shops.

Taxi’s available at a flat fee of $40.00 & $60 pesos. If you have a vehicle, there is plenty of free street parking available near the apartment We are located next to the marina with access to fishing and boat tours. We can connect you with our preferred boat company.
The apartment is located on the second floor with no access to elevator. Building located next to the Holiday Inn, Huatulco. We are 30 minutes from Huatulco International airport. If you are looking for a safe and reliable transportation company, please let us know and happy to assist with your transportation needs.

Great host and a great place to stay!! Beautiful apartment and very clean. Just around the corner from the marina which was a huge plus for us. Super easy to get a taxi right outside the apartment. Nice park area right by the apartment too where you can get coffee. A place to stay!

Loved our stay

Location was great, very accessible to different food options within 2 mins walking, finding a taxi was super easy at this location. Beach was literally less than a 5 min walk. Kitchen was completely equipped. The place was very clean.

Great space for families

This is an excellent vacation property. Beautiful space, very spacious, and fully equipped for all of our needs. I was able to get some work done in the afternoons on the wi-fi while the family took a break from the mid afternoon sun before going out again in the evening. Very well situated just a few steps away from shops, restaurants, banks, the beach, the marina, the tour operators and the taxi stand. Good Value!

Overall I was very pleased with this property. When the host answered my first question within 2 min, I felt confident in communication and was not disappointed. All my questions were answered timely. The property itself is in a wonderful location, walking distance to the beach and close to anything you need. The property is spacious and well equipped with the basics in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. With only one AC in the common area, it didn't cool much due to its size; but the bedrooms were more easily cooled. Checkin and checkout were very easy and communication via Whatsapp with the host facilitated that. My only complaints were that the posting made it seem as if there was a pool onsite, but digging deeper into the listing it explains that the pool is down the road and you pay separately for it (though most of it is credited toward food). The listing also mentions a hot tub which I did not see at the property or at the pool. Overall it was quiet except for the nightly rounds of the tourbus playing loud music with a speaker, which passed by every 20-30 min or so between roughly 8pm and 10pm. Overall, it was wonderful for a 2-family getaway and I would stay again!

The neighborhood was great for access to a beach, restaurants, had a nice little park and the view of the marina at the pool site was also great. Very comfortable beds and lots of room. Good air conditioning and really appreciated the full kitchen and washer/dryer. The furniture in the living room was not very comfortable. We had to purchase bottled water although there is a very well stocked convenience store just a block away. The property manager was excellent and responded immediately whenever we had a question or need.
