Casa Kiskadee - HUATULCO HAVEN - 3 BEDROOM STEPS FROM PLAYA CHAHUE AND CHEDRAUI

LOCATION IS EVERYTHING. WALK TO BEACH, SHOPPING, WORLD CLASS RESTAURANTS. Incredible pool - you will have it to yourself most of the time. 15 minute walk to La Crucecita. 10 minute walk to Santa Cruz. We have 3 huges bedrooms, two with King beds and one with two double beds. Each bedroom has it's own balcony with opposing views and a cross breeze when patio doors are open. Please note that as Playa Chahue is a very desireable and up and coming part of Huatulco, there is likely be new construction in the area which may cause some noise during the daytime hours.

Great stay in Huatulco!

The condo had everything we needed for a stay of 6 people. Kitchen was well equipped, pool is nice and quiet, great alternative to the beach which is very close. Just a few minutes to the grocery store and many restaurants. Can’t beat it! Thanks for a great vacation.

Exactly as advertised

As previously reviewed the condo is beautiful with everything you could want. We especially enjoyed the pool area. The pool was the cleanest and best kept we have ever existed. The landscaping and flowers were amazing. The other condo owners were welcoming, helpful and inclusive. Issues with the construction ext door were put of the owners control and should be finished soon.

The Condo was very nice and clean. When we arrived, the hosts greeted us at the front entrance and showed us the condo. They provided their numbers so we could contact them for anything. They were very nice and welcoming. They provided a binder with lots of info on activities and food spots and other info. The condo is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator. Rooms were spacious. Several items were provided such as drinking water, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, laundry supplies, towels and many more items. We only needed to buy snacks and drinks. There is a full kitchen but we didn't do any cooking. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at the condo. It has been well taken care of and maintained.

Mother daughter trip

We had a terrific time in Mexico! We felt very safe at the condo, the space was large and inviting. The decks were lovely, beds very comfy, kitchen well stocked and the pool was wonderful. Maria the property manager was amazing and very prompt with everything we needed. The security guard was great and even helped us order a taxi each day when our phone wasn’t working. The beach was beautiful but too rough for swimming when we were there as it was very windy. The last day the waves calmed down and people were swimming. It’s a stunning beach and the water is clear and the colours are incredible. The only drawback to our stay that is out of the owners control is the construction noise next door.,it began at 6:30 almost every morning, loud drilling and hammering which was tough to eat outside and listen too. We were told it should be finished by the end of the summer which will make it much more pleasant and you will hear the birds. It was less noisy at the pool though which was nice. The location is central to everything and we took taxis to explore the different beaches. We liked walking to the Sandbar for live music, food and dancing! It’s about two minutes from the condo. Thank you for hosting us, we hope we can come back to Huatulco soon!

Why they chose this property

The blue flag Chahue beach is unparalleled. You can swim, spot whales off the shore, enjoy a spectacular sunrise. Sueno del Mar is flanked by many world class restaurants and is a short walk to towns and grocery stores too. Our condo is serene and peaceful - not a party place. It is serenity....*** Please note that as Huatulco is a desireable and up and coming community, there may be construction in the area causing unwelcome noise.

Location, location, location....... and first class amenities. Our kitchen is well equipped. Our wifi is Starlink. We have 24 hr. security. Parking spot included in our secure, gated parking lot. Elevator access to the suite always available.
