Large villa with 5 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, and swimming pool, on 2000 m² of land, on the edge of pine forest. You will be quiet but 500m from the village center.
You will benefit from a spacious living area (living room, dining room, kitchen / bar) with bay windows.
This space opens onto a terrace with pergola.
One bedroom overlooks a private roof terrace, one overlooks the pine forest, and the other three overlook the swimming pool. All bedrooms are double and 3 of them are over 20m².
In addition to the classic equipment (fridge, oven and microwave, washing machine, dishwasher), the house has a high-end home cinema system, an outdoor speaker, a pizza oven and a plancha.

Pool side, you will find a garden furniture (arranged in the shade), a hammock and sunbathing.

Jolie maison bien équipée et à quelques minutes à pieds du centre de Saint Cyr. Nous avons passé un séjour agréable et Frédéri a été très disponible lorsque nous avions besoin de lui ! Toutefois, la maison et les extérieurs auraient besoin d'un meilleur entretien.

Vacances merveilleuses

Nous étions trois générations et nous avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses et détendues dans cette grande maison. Le fait que les chambres soient ainsi décalées permettait à chacun d'avoir son intimité. La grande piscine était le point fort de nos vacances. La forêt derrière la maison et le grand jardin sans vis-à-vis nous ont donné un sentiment privé. De plus, le très beau petit village était accessible en 5 minutes à pied. Tous les besoins étaient donc parfaitement couverts.

Emplacement privilégier pour visiter la région

Point de départ central pour visiter la région. Cassis, Bandol, Sanary, La Ciotat, etc.. à moins de 20mn en voiture. Par contre, bémol pour cette propriété pour l'été 2021 (et voir les suivants) travaux en cours pour la construction d'un centre de jeunesse qui procure du bruit et beaucoup de poussière. Sinon, la propriété en elle-même correspond bien à la description et aux prestations citées dans l'annonce.

Excellent séjour

Communication et échanges parfaits avec le propriétaire. La villa est conforme à la description. Elle est bien située au calme, à 5 minutes à pied du village et à 5 minutes à voiture de la plage. Elle est bien équipée, on s'y sent comme à la maison. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
