Hiking trails are as close as 100 yards away. Sailing and kayaking are only 3 miles away in the cool waters of Lake Dillon, fed by snow melt.
This comfortable 2 bedroom condo, with sunny rooms and easy access feels cozy yet spacious. Marble flooring in the kitchen adds a touch of luxury. Proximity to hiking trails, water fun and fine dining allows you to enjoy the Rocky Mountains and return to a hot tub located below.
