Fall break vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented 14B for our Fall break vacation. The property is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully landscaped so every area felt secluded. It was very peaceful. We will definitely be coming back

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place for a family reunion with cottages of various sizes, a nice pool, badminton / ping pong / tetherball, and easy beach access. Loved the art deco architecture. The couch in our unit needs to be repaired or replaced - the fold out bed is missing springs.

Nice but needs a couple upgrades

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our time at Sleepy Hollow was really great and overall the resort did a great job making our vacation memorable and fun! The only feedback I have is that our unit just needs a few updates. Overall it was very nice but our friends stayed in the attached unit which had been updated so the differences were more apparent. Again we really had a great time and the unit was still nice.

Review for Cottages 4B, 7 and 14B

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: perfect location, great for outside sports and activities. Cottage 4B is very well equipped and we may come back. Cottage 7 has very bad main mattress and needs replacement and deck behind the cottage needs furniture. Sleeper sofa in 14B is worn out.
