the terrace is 25 m² and gives the impression of being in a villa. No opposite. Below there is a large stadium for running, football, basketball, tennis .... municipal swimming pool and ice rink nearby
It is located 5 minutes from the historic center of Nîmes, from the new museum of Romanity.
Access to the motorway is 5 minutes allowing you to go quickly to Montpellier (30 minutes) the beaches (40 minutes) Arles (20 minutes) and Marseille 1h15.
