30km from Sarlat and 8 km from Gourdon; centrally situated to visit all of the sites in the Dordogne and Lot Departments of France. Worthwhile visiting; Rocamadour, Padirac, the caves of Lacave, Souillac, Sarlat, Domme, Collonges-la-Rouge, Turenne, the castles of Beynac and Castelnaud, the famous caves of Lascaux. The Dordogne river at 6 km.

Excellent séjour dans une belle région.( bcp d'activités extérieures, de bons restaurants, .....un bon foie gras ) La maison est bien équipée et propre, elle correspond aux photos de l'annonce. La piscine est nettoyée tous les jours et la vue depuis la terrasse est imprenable ( passage de biche). Hôte accueillant et discret.

incheckproces was snel en vlot. Aardige eigenaar. Misten wel wat uitleg over sommige apparaten / waar te vinden. Eigenaar was echter voortdurend goed bereikbaar via mobiele telefoon en kwam gelijk met oplossingen als er wat was. Communicatie was positief. Huis was netjes / schoon. Keukenfaciliteiten waren goed (ruime en schone keuken). Prachtig uitzicht en veel rust. Sanitair was eveneens goed. Zwembad werd iedere dag top onderhouden. Wifi liet het soms afweten, maar eigenaar verhielp dit weer geregeld. We hebben genoten van de heerlijke vakantie.

Superbe coucher de soleil

Maison bien située permettant de rayonner entre Gourdon, Rocamadour et la vallée de la Dordogne tout en profitant du calme de la campagne et d'un magnifique coucher de soleil. Maison bien équipée et propre.

Agréable séjour Périgourdin

Séjour très agréable dans cette belle et grande maison, dans laquelle nous étions 2 familles. Enfants et parents ont pu profiter de la piscine, très bien entretenue et suffisamment grande pour ne pas s’y sentir a l’étroit. Quant à la vue de la terrasse : superbe ! Prévoyez malgré tout un minimum d’une demi-heure pour chaque déplacement sur les sites touristiques… ainsi qu’un bon GPS pour trouver ce bel écrin de verdure ;-)

Goed, aangenaam verblijf maar spijtig geëindigd

Fijn verblijf gehad met vrienden, aangename streek voor eens te gaan wandelen, prachtig uitzicht met zonsondergang. Enige minpunt.. na vertrek van ons verblijf waar de puntjes van het vertrek door ons in orde waren toch nog een smsje gehad met zaken die kapot bleken te zijn waar we niet vanaf wisten en extra kuising nodig was... vonden we niet gepast dat dit achteraf nog gecommuniceerd werd en dat er zomaar een bepaald bedrag van onze visa werd afgehaald.

Bon séjour dans une maison pratique et lumineuse. La maison un peu trop éloignée de la ville et des couverts supplémentaires seraient nécessaires mais le jardin et la piscine (sont la profondeur de 1,20m est idéale pour les enfants) sont des atouts majeurs. Calme appréciable et région très belle.

Une maison très accueillante et fonctionnelle. Un terrain très grand et une vue exceptionnelle surtout lors du couché du soleil. La piscine est sécurisée et nettoyée tous les jours par le propriétaire. Un vrai coin de calme et reposant loin de tout.

Maison très bien équipée et très propre, dans un endroit très tranquille. A 30min/1h des principaux points de visite (Lascaux, Rouffignac, roque st Christophe, Sarlat, rocamadour, Martel,...). Les propriétaires sont à côté en cas de besoin, mais très discrets. La piscine est très bien entretenue. Superbe vue sur les couchers de soleil l été!

Geweldig huis op schitterende locatie

Tien fijne dagen gehad in het huis in Rouffilhac. Dankzij het mooie weer veel buiten geleefd bij het mooie zwembad en buiten gegeten. Ook in de omgeving is veel te zien: Sarlat, Rocamadour, Cahors. Er zijn mooie druipsteengrotten en je kunt varen of kanoën op de rivier de Dordogne. Het stadje Gourdon ligt op ongeveer acht kilometer. Er zijn restaurants waar je prima kunt eten. Ook zijn hier meerderen supermarkten en andere winkels. Een mooi middeleeuws stadje met een burcht en een mooie kerk op de heuvel. Ik beveel dit huis van harte aan! Geweldig uitzicht ook.

Très belle maison, entièrement équipée, très bien entretenue. Convient parfaitement à une grande famille ou plusieurs couples. Grand terrain, avec piscine, 1,2m de profondeur, très bien pour les enfants, bien entretenue. Les propriétaires sont à côtés, très discrets, nous nous sommes vus à l'arrivée et au départ. L'endroit est très calme, pas de bruit extérieur, idéal pour se reposer. La commune est isolée, mais plusieurs sites " à voir" sont entre 30 et 60 minutes de voiture, Rocamdour, Gouffre de Padirac, La Roque St Christophe, La Roque Gageac, Sarlat, Lascaux, Vallée de la Dordogne... Un très bel endroit.

Peaceful secluded hideaway

This property is set in a quiet rural location, perfect if you want a peaceful break from modern life. The property is well equipped and the four spacious bedrooms offer ample accommodation for a large family. There is plenty of outdoor space and the fenced pool is great fun for a dip. The owners are friendly and close at hand should you require anything, but otherwise leave you to enjoy the privacy of your holiday. Lovely week, thank you!
