Stay at Havilah Falls in the beautiful Smoky Mountains and experience the majesty of the forty foot falls in your back yard. While the water rushes at a rapid rate from the falls, you will find a calm stream in the front yard, perfect for fishing! Enjoy the cascades from the luxury of the porch hot tub, or venture a bit closer and take a look at the sliding rock while you enjoy the fire pit. Sleeping a total of 8, Havilah Falls Cabin has enough space for three master suites with their own private bathrooms, as well as a bunk room for the kids! If you have additional children in your party you can utilize the trundle-style pull outs in both downstairs bedrooms.

You and your family will love the secluded location because while you can be one with nature, you don't have to unplug to do it! You have the connectivity of WiFi as well as satellite programming and Roku smart TV in the living room. The cabin is also equipped with central heat and A/C as well as additional mini-splits upstairs, but with the altitude and surrounding water and forest, you are almost always guaranteed a breeze of fresh mountain air! The layout of the cabin is perfect for hosting family and friends for the ultimate mountain retreat. Havilah falls is located only a 15-20 minute drive from 3 different mountain lakes in the area, so if you have a kayak or canoe, you can put it to good use! About 30 minutes from the property you can access the Blue Ridge Parkway and take advantage of countless hiking trails. AMAZING

Havilah Falls is one of the most amazing properties I have ever stayed at. The waterfall right out your back door is unbelievable. We were in NC to hike and see waterfalls and Havilah Falls is one of the most beautiful! We sat out by the falls every night and opened our windows so that we could hear it throughout the home. It doesn't end there though. The home is immaculate, spacious, well appointed and tastefully decorated. Every bedroom has a bathroom which makes it perfect for friends and family.

Beautiful & Relaxing

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Havilah Falls! The property is stunning, the home comfortably equipped with everything you need and the Property Manager was super responsive and attentive. We would love to visit again sometime in the future!

Our group had a great time. All bedrooms had bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked with tools needed to make meals. Private. But...nothing beats that wonderful waterfall! We came away with great memories!

Amazing Cabin Experience

We loved our stay over Thanksgiving Weekend. The fall is really beautiful. The Cabin was really nice, neat and clean. If you want to have a true get away and disconnect experience from the normal life, this is the right place. Just bring plenty of food and drinks, and I promise you don’t even have to leave the cabin to go anywhere. Highly recommend it. We definitely would like to comeback in the near future.

Golden! We absolutely love love this peace of paradise! If you want to disconnect from the daily routine this is the place. We really enjoyed our family time together here for my 50th birthday! This place is everything and more given in the details. Closest store is 30 minutes away! Take everything you need with you because you will not want to leave! Thank you to whomever built this place of peace and Godliness... We cannot wait to spend quality family time here again!

Amazing mountain playground

We just finished a wonderful august visit. The house is more attractive than advertised. The waterfall is amazing and the downstream area is great for kid play. There is a fair amount of driving to get to major trailheads (cold water and salt rock) but that’s true of most places. There was probably more to explore around the property but we ran out of time. WiFi is slow, tv downloads don’t really work, but that’s ok. Kids will be worn out from play and screens are forgotten. They have dvds (we left a few good ones) but maybe bring your own DVD player if you’re determined to watch movies at night.

Isolated relaxing stay

This was a perfect place for 2 families to take some time off and get off the screens and outside. We used the firepit near the waterfall in the evening to warm up from wading in the water from the beautiful waterfall and to make s’mores. Played some of the provided games on the back patio. Plenty of room for all of us. Our only down side was that the hot tub quit. It was a control board issue. They sent out a tech and did what they could, but it wasn’t fixable. The company was great and helped us out with no issue since we couldn’t use it. I would stay here again, or another property that they have.

The setting of the cabin and structure of the cabin were great. Its clear the cabin is well built and offers plenty of space, has an ideal layout, and was mostly clean. The waterfall and creek were relaxing and inviting. At this price point, some additional detail in the maintenance of the cabin and its amenities would be great. There is some obvious and serious wear and tear on the pots, pans & dishes (chips/sharp edges), bedding (holes/tears), living room chairs (could use a good steam clean), grills (corroded burners & leaking propane), floors could use a thorough cleaning, a/c units (inoperable and/or insufficient to cool), the electricity flickered multiple times a day (may have been power surges), and hot tub (fire/electrocution hazard) which left a lot to be desired. It may just be time to do a thorough maintenance and cleaning check on the property. My husband and I would stay here again for a long weekend. The view was magnificent.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed and more. It was clean and just as advertised. The directions were easy to follow. It was within an hour drive of everything we wanted to do. We went tubing and did the smokey mountain railroad. Perfect place for a family vacation!

The house is beautiful inside, comfortable beds, decent showers, and multiple bathrooms, not to mention the gorgeous falls. It kept a hot day cool with a constant refreshing breeze. Fans help circulate cool air at night. My husband and dad enjoyed nearby golf at Sapphire and all of us loved winding down a day of hiking ( the falls around Toxaway lake) in the hottub and campfirepit near the falls. After a brief rain storm we even got a stunning rainbow seen from the deck!

Incredible Rental

Havilah Falls is an incredible rental property that is perfect for a large family getaway. The waterfall is the main reason we rented the house and it did not disappoint. We spent hours around the fire enjoying the sound of the waterfall and the fall leaves. The house is comfortable and worked great for our multi generational family. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. While it is remote, we enjoyed the location as it helped us unplug and enjoy each other and nature. The internet worked well, but I would not rely on it for streaming or video calls. Brevard is a 45 min drive and has an awesome downtown with shops, restaurants, and breweries to enjoy. This house can be enjoyed in any season especially summer and fall. I highly recommend renting this place and will definitely rent it again in the future.

The best property ever

It was absolutely stunning… very relaxing and quiet. But the fire pit has some loose stones on it. We bent down and put our arm on it to start the fire, and some of them were loose and three people got bit by spiders inside the house. and there was two chairs on the back porch that are dangerous, but they are fixable. Other than that. The property was very breathtaking and we are thinking about booking again.
