Beautiful renovated finca perfect for enjoying your holiday. It is located in a quiet area between Santanyi and Cas Concos. The house is a distance of 900 meters from the road.
The property has 3000 square meters with pool and garden fences. The house has about 200 square meters habitable.
Decorated in traditional Majorcan style. The house has 4 large double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en suite), fully equipped kitchen, living room with satellite TV. All rooms are on the ground floor.
Outside the house you will find the pool of 11 meters x 4 meters (small for children), a covered terrace with BBQ, outdoor bathroom. The terrace is equipped with sunbeds, chairs and table. Around the house there is a nice and large garden to wander. There is plenty of space for children to play. This home is a good choice to experience the typical Majorcan life style.

Frühling auf der Finca...

Wir (2 Paare) haben eine sehr schöne Woche auf dieser tollen, etwas abgelegenen Finca verbracht. Die Lage, die Umgebung und die Ausrüstung in und um das Haus hat in jeder Beziehung mit dem Internet-Angebot übereingestimmt. Sehr freundliche, angenehme und dienstbereite Vermieter. Der Patron schaut fast täglich für Sauberkeit im Pool und um das Haus. Ideal und sehr empfehlenswert für 2 Paare oder Familie mit 4-6 Personen.

Sehr schöne Finca

Wir hatten die Finca für eine Woche im September gebucht. Bei unserem eintreffen wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt. Die Finca war genau so, wie sie beschrieben war. Pool und die Zimmer waren ein einem einwandfreien Zustand. Jederzeit wieder.

A place away from it all

What an excellent place to stay. The surroundings are so idyllic and peaceful but only a 10min journey into Santanyi and 15 mins from the nearest beach. The finca is massive easily accommodating 8 people and has everything you need. The pool is biggest I’ve ever encountered when renting holiday villas and basked in sunshine all day, it has a safe area for young children and at the deepest it’s probably 8-9ft which is ideal for the bigger kids(adults) to throw themselves into. Tomeu and his family meet you on arrival and show you round and if ever needed are only 10 mins away. It’s a great place to stay and next time we visit Mallorca I won’t bother looking for accommodation elsewhere I will come straight back here.

This place is magic.

We love our time at the finca. So peacefully beautiful didn’t need to leave really…the pool area is so inviting and loved cooking in the outside kitchen it had everything you needed. Santanyi is only a few mins drive away and there are so many incredible little beaches all within 10-20mins car ride. Can’t recommend this place enough. We will definitely come back as we love this part of Majorca.

Der perfekte Urlaub

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Die Lage, die Umgebung einfach traumhaft. Das Haus mit der schönen Einrichtung ist sehr sauber, die Küche sehr gut eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Auch der Garten,mit den Pflanzen und Bäumen, die Terasse mit dem schönen großen Pool und die Aussenküche mit dem Grill, alles sehr gepflegt. Die Gastgeber Familie ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Man hat immer die Möglichkeit jemanden zu erreichen sollte man Hilfe brauchen. Die Tiere auf dem Gelände werden täglich vom Vater des Vermieters versorgt. Bei unserer späten Anreise haben wir uns sehr über die bereit gestellten Getränke gefreut und die frischen Eier die uns Juan brachte waren großartig. Wir haben uns sehr wilkommen gefühlt und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit auf der Finca. Vielen Dank Martina & Andreas

Vacaciones 2021

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones estupendas en esta casa, super guays según nuestras hijas. Encanto rústico dentro con sus muebles, mesas, aperos etc. y fuera con zonas ajardinadas, pasillo entrada al recinto y amplia zona de piscina. Hemos disfrutado mucho de poder compartir momentos con los animales y ha sido un verdadero placer conocer a los propietarios y que nos sugiriesen actividades en los alrededores. Sin duda, unas vacaciones inolvidables.

Het was super!

Het contact verliep vriendelijk en volgens afspraak. Paar dagen voor aankomst duidelijke foto's en uitleg hoe bij de finca aan te komen. De finca is orgineel, ruim en goed verzorgd. Geen airco aanwezig, dit was voor ons geen probleem. Het zwembad en buitenkeuken was heel fijn. Wij als 4 volwassenen en een kindje van 5 jaar hebben het super heerlijk gehad!

Great

Great place, nice and friendly owner who really does his outmost best to provide you with a great holiday. Swimmongpool in really nice and clean, just like the house, clean and well maintained. It is that I like to go this year to Malaga otherwise I would have booked it again. I was there with my 3 kids (16-21 years) and they enjoyed it too, it also nice to have an outdoor BBQ and place to have dinner. Lovely living outside.

Fantástica finca rustica.

Fantástica finca rústica para relajarse. Perfecto para familias, muy espaciosa y luminosa. Gran piscina y mucho espacio en la barbacoa. Jardín grande para jugar con los niños, y mucho sitio para aparcar. Ideal para desconectar de la gente, no se oyen ruidos de vecinos. Habitaciones espaciosas y grandes. Las vistas son inmejorables y muy despejadas. Mucho mejor en la realidad que en las fotos. El propietario es muy amable y simpático, nos enseño toda la casa y es de fácil contacto para resolver cualquier duda. La recomendamos y repetiremos.

Super Ferienhaus! Bedingt für Tierliebhaber.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Die Vermieter, die bereits in der Finca warteten, konnten zwar weder deutsch noch englisch, waren aber super freundlich. So klappte die Kommunikation auch ohne exakte Sprache. Das Haus, der Pool und das gesamte Anwesen sind nochmal viel schöner als auf den Bildern dargestellt! Das Haus ist in einem super sauberen und guten Zustand. Die Einrichtung ist rustikal, zum Teil wohl auch schon älter, kann von mir jedoch in keinster Weise bemängelt werden. Wir haben mit 6 Personen die untere Etage des Hauses bewohnt, im 1. OG befindet sich eine private Ferienwohnung der Vermieter, die allerdings nicht dort wohnen, wenn andere Gäste da sind. Eine Anmietung mit 8 Personen wäre hier durchaus möglich, da genug Platz vorhanden ist. Super schön ist die draußen gelegene, überdachte Sitzecke. So konnten wir auch den ein oder anderen Sommerregen gut über uns ergehen lassen. Das Haus hat eine absolute Alleinlage, was sehr angenehm ist, da es sehr ruhig ist und es auch niemanden stört wenn es mal lauter wird. Der einzige Kritikpunkt, den ich ausüben möchte, ist die Haltung der Tiere dort. In der Beschreibung wird kein Wort über die Tiere verloren, die auf dem Anwesen wohnen. Dort wohnen (geschätzt) 5-6 Katzen, welche allesamt sehr klein und dünn sind. Weiterhin findet eine Ziegenherde (ca. 10 Ziegen) ihren Platz auf dem Anwesen. Die Ziegen hatten jeweils das linke Vorderbein und das linke Hinterbein mit einem Strick recht kurz zusammengebunden (vermutlich damit sie nicht springen/weglaufen können). Dies machte einen normalen Gang für die Ziegen nicht möglich. Ein einsames Schwein gibt es noch und ein paar Hühner. Gegen dessen Haltung kann ich so nichts bemängeln. Am schlimmsten waren für mich die 2 Kettenhunde, die Tag und Nacht auf einer Wiese an der Kette leben. Die Hunde sind so freundlich, dass sie sich ohne Probleme anfassen lassen und sich richtig freuen, wenn man ihnen Zeit schenkt. Die sind sehr aufgeregt, vermutlich durch den fehlenden Auslauf. Die Folge daraus ist, dass sie sich ständig in ihr Halshand hängen um Beachtung zu bekommen. Den Hunden fehlt es am Hals zum Teil an Fell, bzw. sie bluten bereits am Hals. Fazit: Super schönes Haus, tolle Lage, tolle Vermieter. Bietet alles, was in einem Ferienhaus benötigt wird und hat uns einen traumhaften Urlaub beschert. Hat man jedoch schnell Mitleid mit Tieren ist dies vielleicht der falsche Ort um seine Ferien dort zu verbringen. Trotzdem vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub!

Unfortunately I (Tomeu) could not come to visit them because I was on a business trip. We try to improve the pictures of the house and pool. On the first floor of the house nobody lives, and as you mentioned, and the first floor is used for storage of work, for example, machines for gardening, household utensils. Each morning the owner of the 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. about coming to the farm to take care of the garden, pool and feed a few animals there. The owner does not make noise because the peace of the customers is very important. Chicken that are there are to have fresh eggs. On the farm there are only two cats. Cats have enough food. Goats have room to move and the rope you say is not to jump the wall. The pig is in a private place away from the house. A pig can not be close to home because it makes a lot of odour. Dogs have room to move. When there are no people in the house, the dogs have no chain. Dogs do not have blood! Every two months is a veterinarian (animal doctor) to see all the animals are fine. Auf der ersten Etage des Hauses niemand lebt, und wie Sie bereits erwähnt, und im ersten Stock ist für die Lagerung der Arbeit verwendet wird, zum Beispiel Maschinen für die Gartenarbeit, Haushaltsgegenstände. Jeden Morgen wird der Besitzer des 7.00 bis 09.00 Uhr zu kommen, um die Farm, um Pflege der Garten, den Pool zu nehmen und füttern ein paar Tiere gibt. Der Besitzer wohnt nicht Lärm zu machen, weil der Frieden der Kunden ist sehr wichtig. Huhn, das gibt es, um frische Eier haben. Auf dem Bauernhof gibt es nur zwei Katzen. Katzen haben genug zu essen. Ziegen haben Raum zu bewegen und das Seil Sie sagen nicht, die Mauer zu springen. Das Schwein ist in einem privaten Ort, entfernt von dem Haus. Ein Schwein kann nicht in der Nähe von zu Hause sein, weil es eine Menge von Geruch. Hunde haben Raum zu bewegen. Wenn es keine Leute im Haus, haben die Hunde keine Kette. Hunde müssen nicht Blut! Alle zwei Monate wird ein Tierarzt (Tierarzt), um alle Tiere sind in Ordnung. Wir lieben Tiere! Danke
