Beach Access:
• 3-minute walk to the beach

Pets:
• Two well-behaved medium-sized dogs welcome.
• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes.
• Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine per dog.
• The front yard is not a part of the house; it is City-owned.
• Medium dog crate and leash provided.
• Pooper scooper and poop bags are available.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The house was in close walking distance to all the restauranta, activities and beach. The house had an amazing kitchen and all the basic necessities. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, met our needs

Very clean, had everything we needed. Comfortable. Excellent location, walk to restaurants and shops and also short walk to the beach. The tandem bike is fun! The huge kitchen island is great. Plenty of space and seating for our family of 4. Attached side yard is great for letting the dog out to bathroom without having to leash up. We will definitely stay here again

Bright, beautiful expansive space. Very clean and odor free. No overwhelming air freshener/cleaner fragrance…just clean. Special attention to comfort details and amenities. Big, deep claw foot tub for soaking and relaxing as well as for showering. Water pressure was amazing. Thoughtful touches like the nozzle on outside hose for sand removal is easily adjustable to a light spray for tender skin. Well worth the cost.

Comfortable home base

The house was very centrally located close to town and the ocean. It was on a very busy road so lots of traffic and road noise. The house was well stocked and had everything you would need. The bath and shower were rather disappointing very hard to manage taking a shower in the claw foot tub. All in all it was a comfortable place to use as home base.

Dog Friendly and safe

The property is set up to be dog safe. But only if the other renters in the other houses respect and do not leave the gates open to your own private space. That is not on the property owners, but only on folks who do not respect others by not picking up dog poo and leaving gates closed when they leave. short of this, the property is perfect. We loved staying here

My family and i loved this property was peefect for the 3 of us and our dogs. Will definitely be back! Only complaint was neighbors 3 dogs would enter the front yard every morning and "do there business" which we ended up cleaning up. And also made our dogs start barking. Overall. LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PROPERTY.

Long Beach family fun

Thanks for the lovely crash pad! House was great- the big family room, dining room and kitchen made for a super nice place to gather in between beachy activities. Kid toys really made it easy to entertain kiddos during some downtime and slow mornings. And we were so happy to be able to also bring our fur baby. Traffic was a tad loud because of the location, but didn’t disturb the kids in the night. One neighbor was super nice and waved at our kiddo from the small tractor he was using. Another neighbor was kind of rude/strange. Overall had a super pleasant sandy weekend in Long Beacb!

Great property

We had an excellent stay and everything we needed was supplied in the home. It’s a great place for families and small children. Very short walk to the beach. Close walk to all the restaurants and fun things to do downtown. I highly recommend this property especially if you have kids and you want to be close to everything.

Great Sanctuary

No problems whatsoever. I read other reviews about how difficult the tub can be. I could see that as a shower, but it was PERFECT as a bath. Could use a FLAT bench for ice water and shampoo, etc beside it. LOVED the high ceilings and fabulous decor! We were in town for a memorial and the house was the perfect retreat for our souls! Would happily come back for fun!

Great house in a great location!

Loved the house and its proximity to everything. Only constructive feedback is the "shower" setup is kind of a hazard, meaning taking a shower invites water to get on the floor (amazing water pressure), so we opted for baths. Not a deal breaker though (the tub is nice!) so still 5 stars.
