The best part about Scottsdale Springs is the amazing location. The condo is minutes from dining, shopping, entertainment and a variety of exceptional recreation activities.
Living Area
Enjoy 1130 sq ft of open living space, all on one level. The unit has two large bedrooms, breakfast bar, dining table with four chairs, comfortable sofa and loveseat and inside laundry. Bring your favorite blueray videos to watch on the large flat screen television or tune into current programming.
Kitchen
The kitchen has all of the equipment you might need for a wonderful home-cooked meal including a dishwasher and garbage disposal for easy cleanup. The appliances are all stainless steel, as is the kitchen sink. The countertops are genuine granite and easy to clean.
Bed / Bath
The condo sleeps up to six people. The bedrooms are carpeted to avoid cold feet early in the morning.
The master bedroom features a king sized bed and a private bathroom with an elegantly tiled walk-in shower and glass enclosure. Guests can watch live television in the master bedroom on a flat screen television or videos on a blueray player.
The second bedroom has twin beds and access to the shared bathroom with a beautifully tiled bathtub / shower combination. Both bedrooms have lots of closet space and mirrored closet doors. The sofa in the living area folds out to accommodate two more guests. All linens and towels are provided.
Balcony
A quiet, peaceful balcony overlooks one of the two pools, in one of the quieter sections of the complex. Lounge chairs and a table are present for your outdoor comfort. The south-facing balcony is shaded in summer but gets winter sun; the perfect combination.
Common Areas
Relax in one of the complex’s two hot tubs after a day of adventure, or take a refreshing dip in one of the two community swimming pools, one of which is heated for year-round comfort, or you can rest by the pool and work on a precious winter tan. Guests have access to the community fitness center, so you can maintain your muscle tone.
Amenities
The condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer and complimentary wifi and cable television. Assigned, covered parking is included for one vehicle and first-come, first-served parking for additional vehicles. A full service grocery store is two blocks away. Virtually every kind of service can be had nearby.
Local Attractions
The unit is situated next to the Continental Golf Course and the greenbelt with miles of walking and biking trails. Camelback Mountain, a park located in the heart of Phoenix, is a short drive away; there are two hiking trails that offer views of the city, provide opportunities for rock climbing, bird watching and wildflower viewing.
Of course, the main attraction is Scottsdale’s Old Town, which is within walking distance (5-6 blocks). A free air-conditioned trolley runs daily through Old Town, Historic Old Town District, the Arts District, the Canal District and Fashion Square. Abutting these areas are the Garden District, the Civic District, the Entertainment District, the Medical District and the Fifth Avenue District. Each area has its own distinct flavor. Get on or off at any one of the regular stops along the route, as often as you like.
Old Town offers a wide variety of shops and restaurants, museums and nightclubs, a public library, the Giants Spring Training Stadium and an Art Walk Thursday evenings in the cooler months of the year. There are parks and playgrounds galore in the area, many of them linked by the greenbelt.
Take a short drive downtown to Talking Stick Resort Arena, home of the Phoenix Suns and host of big name concerts and attractions or Chase Stadium, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks. The Phoenix Convention Center, Phoenix Symphony Hall and Arizona State University’s downtown campus are all nearby.
A ten minute drive will get you to Casino Arizona, where gamblers can play to their hearts desire. For the brew aficionado, there are several local breweries a short drive away.
The Desert Botanical Garden puts on a fascinating light show after dark October through May. Frank Lloyd Wright’s western headquarters, Taliesin West, is a short drive away and is open for tours. The Phoenix area is home to more than thirty of FLW’s houses and buildings.
