Located in Saint Miter les Remparts (13920), near Martigues, this detached house of 77 m2 with terrace of 70 m2 on a fenced plot of 1000 m2 offers all the comforts for a good holiday with family or between friends.

On the ground floor :
- 1 large bright air-conditioned room with dining kitchen equipped, living room with large corner sofa, overlooking the terrace (2 French doors).
- 1 large bedroom with access to the terrace, equipped with 1 bed 160 x 200, 2 bedside tables, 1 dresser, 1 large closet.
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 190, 1 table, 1 bedside, 1 large closet.
- 1 bathroom with sink and Italian shower.
- 1 separate WC.

1st floor:
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 x 190, 1 additional independent air conditioning, 1 chest of drawers.
- Access to the floor not recommended for young children.

Equipment :
- Kitchen: Induction hob, large fridge / freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster
- Living room: flat screen TV with TNT decoder, DVD player (some DVDs available), board games, WiFi
- Shower room: washing machine, hair dryer

Location:
- Saint Miter les Remparts is a medieval village located away from traffic about 50 km from Marseille and Aix en Provence and less than 20 minutes from the sea.
- The house is about 600 m from the center of the village (where are bakery, butcher, grocery, press, bar, post office, medical office, laboratory analysis, pharmacy). A shopping area with supermarkets and several restaurants is easily accessible in 5 minutes by car as well as a cinema complex.

Various:
- The house is located at the end of a private cul-de-sac. The land is completely walled, closed by a gate and there is possibility to park 2 cars in the field.
- 6 people maximum
- Baby equipment can be rented on request (high chair, cot with thick mattress and sheets: 35 € / week)
- Bed linen provided (beds not made on arrival)
- Housekeeping not included; a flat fee may be claimed in case of cleaning not done at the exit
- Pets not allowed
- No smoking inside the house
- Certificate of liability and rental insurance to be provided on arrival
- A check deposit of 500 € will be requested at the entrance and returned after the inventory of places of exit; costs will be retained in case of damage to indoor or outdoor equipment
