A beautiful villa, very quiet and peaceful. Some provisions that were supposed to be included were not provided and we had to ask for housework to be done. However the staff were all very nice, Made the taxi man went above and beyond to make our stay special

Hi Nikki, Your review needs some clarification from our side : you was expecting a hotel service I think, with 24h staff available. You complained about housekeeping not made on time: I asked our staff about that and the fact is that the beds and the rooms couldn't be changed and cleaned within their working hours as you were staying in the rooms the whole morning. We don't have any problem with that. But the working hours of our team must be respected? You also made me the remark: 'The ashtrays were not regularly emptied'. Again because our staff team doesn't work 24h a day. Ashtrays were emptied of course several times, during the working hours. All supplies supposed to be included in your stay were also available during your entire stay (like coffee, tea, water, soap...). The staff just need to refill some supplies during your stay. You rate us like a 5 *stars all-inclusive hotel, unlike a rental, what we are. See also all our other reviews.

Exceeded expectations!

We were two families of 8 guests in total who spent 5 nights here, the accommodation was faultless, with a luxury resort style feel, the property is spacious, very clean, modern, fully equipped (wifi / Bluetooth speaker) mature gardens with stunning lighting and sculpture's throughout the property, there is always something beautiful to look at. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with a warm and friendly welcome, were nothing it too much trouble. The daily stuff quietly go about their business in the morning and you wouldn't even know they are there, but they are extremely helpful and always available should you have a question. Taxi's were arranged for us throughout our stay and were always prompt and on time. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for making our visit to Bali so memorable.

Amazing place and people

The villa was our own little paradise. Such a relaxing, beautiful place. Check in, pick up from the airport and anything else we needed was so easy to organise and perfect. We loved spending the afternoon by the pool and had everything we could possibly need. Ratna 1 & 2 and our driver Made is what made our holiday truly spectacular. Ratna 1 & 2 were so attentive and on call any time we needed anything. They cooked us amazing breakfast. Made was truly the best I can not thank him enough for everything he did for us. He became our own personal tour guide and friend on this trip. He even came to visit my mother in law in hospital and spent time with her while she was getting the ok to fly back home. We cant not wait to go back and spend more time here and see you all again.

Prachtige villa met geweldig personeel

We hebben ruim een week in de mooie villa doorgebracht. Het was geweldig. Wat voelden we ons thuis. Ratna de gastvrouw en dochter waren super vriendelijk en Madee onze taxi driver die wordt aangeraden door de eigenaar van de villa Is meer dan vriendelijk. Wat een geweldige gids. We vonden het jammer dat we weer verder moesten. Op naar Gili T. We komen zekers terug.

Super Holiday

If you'e in doubt about booking this villa, don't!! Just book. You won't be dissapointed. We are a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids age 14, 12, 11 & 4). Great time. The pictures on the website don't lie! The house is perfectly clean in a quiete neighbourhood (which could be a drawback if you have the intention to party a lot or find a bar at walking distance). At the rear of the house is a rice field in which it is also nice to walk. One of the highlights was the personal driver, who knows all nice locations and hence can take you on a trip, visiting as much as possible within a preset timeframe. The meals prepared by the Ratna's were delicious. Their flexibility (e.g. fetching groceries, preparing meals, etc.) is amazing. Conclusion: 5 star holiday!!

Relaxing get away

Had a wonderful stay at this Villa. My partner and I along with my sister and her partner and my two teenage nephews had plenty of space to spread out during the week we spent here. We enjoyed getting away from the busy areas of Bali to relax around the beautiful, clean pool. The best thing about the Villa is the two maids named Ratna. They were so helpful with organising extra groceries and wine for us. They even helped me organise a birthday cake for my partners birthday. They were amazing and really made our stay special. Laurent was wonderful to deal with, He was helpful and quick to reply to any questions that we had. Would definitely like to stay here again!

Magnifique séjour

LAURENT le propriétaire porte une attention de tous les instants à ses locataires, avec une très grande gentillesse, pour toute l’organisation de la logistique jusqu’à l’arrivée dans ce petit de paradis qu’est la VILLA PASCALINE, et reste toujours à l’écoute durant tout le séjour. À la villa, les RATNA ( mère et fille ) ont été aux petits soins et se sont occupées parfaitement de nous et toujours avec un large sourire et beaucoup de tendresse, Je recommande sans hésitation cette adresse.

Amazing Piece of Paradise

We stayed there as a group of 7 staying for 6 nights. It was by far the best vacation we've ever had. All my friends had an amazing time. The pictures don't portray how beautiful the place actually is. We survived 24hours without internet in the Villa because of the silent day. We didn't get bored even once. The villa was well equipped to keep us very busy and entertained. We will definitely come back sometime in the future. Ratna, Maia and Laurent were always either a call or a text away. They were very helpful throughout our stay accomodating to our every need. I wanted to organise an amazing holiday for my friends away from work and I'd say that the villa was a big part of it. Well-done Laurent! -Lots of Love from Maldives and Singapore!

Amazing from beginning to end!!!!

Let me first start if by saying the pictures are exactly what you will see upon arriving! The villa is amazing and gives you the true Bali experience. Ratna the housekeeper is one of a kind! She greets you daily with a huge smile and is willing to assist in any way possible. Make sure you have her cook you some traditional Balinese breakfast it’s yummy! Made the driver is your go to for touring Bali! Laurent and Maia was always available by phone if needed. The total experience was by far the best I’ve had!!! You’d definitely be cheating yourself if you didn’t book here!!! We miss Villa Pascaline and all the staff already. Thanks so much for such a memorable trip.

Peaceful and relaxing

Firstly retna, what a asset, what a special woman! Made my whole family love her by the end of our trip and my boy even more. You can spend all you want on a villa in Bali and I’m sure it would look just as amazing, but you can’t buy generous people who want to give you world class service, everyone is nice and polite in Bali but retna is something special. I don’t use these words easy but it was world class!! Laurent is always on the other end of the phone even tho he’s thousands of miles away. The villa is exactly how it looks in the pictures, the pool is superbly warm, even at 8am or 9pm and it’s not heated but it’s perfect..... I can’t speak highly enough about pascaline villa!! I preferred it more because you get to feel Bali culture more, and meet the locals, it’s great! Get to KTS restaurant, food is amazing and great massage, 5 minutes in a cab, 30 minutes walk which is a great walk, walking past all the locals ect...... I can’t say enough to choose this villa, but each to their own. Thanks retna and Laurent

Casa bellissima , molto curata , come il giardino che è una delizia di colori e di varietà di piante

Credo che non bastino 2 settimane per vedere l’isola di Bali , ogni costa è diversa dall’altra , ogni spiaggia è diversa e ogni villaggio ha le sue caratteristiche . Una cosa accomuna però tutta l’isola : l’accoglienza dei balinese il loro sorriso e la loro disponibilità . Perdersi nello spirito di Bali non è difficile , è trascinante , ti avvolge come il verde della giungla che invade rigogliosa ogni angolo di questo Eden .

Prachtige villa op zeer rustige locatie

Beste Laurent en Pascaline, Ons verblijf in jullie prachtige villa was geweldig. De villa is met zoveel stijl ingericht. De tuin, het terras en het zwembad zijn prachtig. De villa is op een rustige locatie gelegen met uitzicht over het mooie rijstveld. Om mobiel te zijn heb je een auto of scooters nodig maar daar kan Annie je bij helpen. Villa is dichtbij (20 min met auto) vanaf het erg drukke Kuta maar als je in de villa verblijft waan je je in een oase van rust. Villa is schoon en wordt dagelijks onderhouden. De buitenbadkamer was een heel nieuwe ervaring voor ons maar heeft het verblijf afgemaakt. Kortom, een geweldige villa die wij iedereen kunnen aanraden. Bedankt en zeker tot ziens!

Très bon séjour !!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa très agréable, au calme comme nous le souhaitions. Les rizières tout autour représentent tellement bien le Bali que l'on imagine. L'équipe a été charmante, s'est très bien occupée de nous, que ce soit les petits déjeuners ou les excursions organisées par les managers, Merci à tous.

Superbe endroit, services irréprochables le tout au calme

Superbe séjour dans cette magnifique villa située au calme avec sa magnifique vue sur la riziere. Les services proposés sont excellents. Ratna est la perle rare qui s' occuppe de vous et de la villa avec le sourire. La maison et je jardin sont impeccables. Honnêtement un des meilleurs séjours que nous ayons fait. tres bonne location

Bonjour Denis, Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire! Nous allons acheter le micro-onde et un fer a repasser, ainsi que un lit bébé, une chaise enfant, et d'autres petites choses en plus :). Des changements sont prévus en début d'année. En ce qui concerne la machine à laver, nous ne fournissons pas cela mais il y a des laveries un peu partout proche de la villa, et notre staff est toujours heureux d’emmener les vêtements des clients sous requête a une laverie a proximité. Villa idéale pour les vacances

Nous avons séjourné 11 jours dans la villa à partir du 11 avril 2017, et nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La maison correspond aux photos, la piscine est un vrai plus. Par contre, voiture ou moto INDISPENSABLE pour se déplacer, ainsi qu'une carte à puce pour le GPS. N'hésitez pas également d'aller manger au warung bebi, ouvert le soir uniquement qui se trouve à 100 mètres à pieds de la maison, les propriétaires sont adorables, la cuisine est simple et bonne et c'est très bon marché, le menu se trouve à la villa. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette villa. Gérard

Lovely peaceful villa ideal for a family holiday

We stayed for 1 week in November 2016. We stayed with 5 adults and 2 children. Firstly, the doors on the bedrooms lock with a key, so parents worrying about kids having access to the pool don't need to worry...the doors can be secured with your kids inside. The house was clean and well maintained. The cleaner/gardener came daily and kept the place looking good. The cleaner cooks breakfast with your ingredients which was handy, and also does the laundry/ironing. However, she did charge $20 for a small amount of ironing which surprised us a little. We would have done our own ironing/clothes washing if we had known we would be charged... The villa is a short car journey from the local shops, but the driver, Rai, is a great driver and tour guide, and will take you wherever you want to go. He lives locally so knows the area. One thing I would say about Bali is that the food seems to have 2 prices; local prices and tourist prices. Tripadviser is a great way to find some well priced local cafes and restaurants and save a few dollars. All-in-all I am very happy with the house and we would certainly return again, thanks.

Villa très agréable , tout confort , très bien décoré .la piscine, les chambres, les salles de bain sont parfaites. Bien équipée : tv , jeux , ... Le warung situé à 100 mètre est top : pas cher , proprio super allez y sans hésiter . Quartier très calme !!! Peut être le petit dej inclus serait un plus, quitte à payer plus cher. Bref allez y

La villa est jolie, assez spacieuse (nous étions 6 dont 3 enfants de 9 à 15 ans). Le salon ouvert sur l'extérieur est très agréable.

Très bon séjour

Mon mari et moi avons passé un peu plus d'une semaine à la villa. Tout était parfait, l'accueil était super Willy nous a fait livrer notre scooter devant la villa. Le premier petit déjeuner à la villa nous a été offert ainsi que des boissons. Tout est très propre, encore mieux que sur les photos, magnifique endroit. Le jour de notre départ nous avions notre taxi a 19h et comme il y avait une arrivée à 12h, on nous a prêté la villa voisine (toute aussi belle) avec chambre, douche... à notre disposition. Seul hic le chemin n'est pas facile à retrouver, je vous recommande d'acheter une puce avec la 3G pour avoir accès au GPS car malheureusement nous nous sommes perdus le soir et il nous a fallu du temps avant de retrouver la route (nous avons payé un taxi pour le suivre, il nous a aiguillé avec un peu de mal lui aussi). Il y a aussi des moustiques le soir ce qui est normal vu la structure ouverte de la maison, mais une multitude de répulsifs étaient à notre disposition (crème anti moustique, sprays, etc) même si nous avions déjà anticipé en achetant des huiles essentielles de citron (très bon répulsif que nous recommandons également). A part cela la piscine dispose d'un bon ensoleillement, nous avons bien bronzé :-) Merci aux propriétaires qui se sont montrés très réactifs et accueillants !

Grymt hus!

Vi är jätte nöjda! Huset var som en dröm och även de som arbetar kring huset. Huset var fräscht och hålls städat av den fantastiska hushållerskan. Willy, var jätte hjälpsam. Ända minuset med boendet var att det låg lite off. Men annars var allt annat som en dröm!

Lovely villa on tranquile location in central Bali

We had a great time at the villa. It looks exactly as on the website, was very well maintained and very clean! It is located in a small tranquile village at the countryside. Manager is very helpful, can help with car/driver or motorbike, which is necessary as the villa is a bit remote. With f.e. motorbike however itś very easy to get to (Echo) beach, TanaLot, Seminyak etc. We certainly recommend this villa !
