Palm House offers 5 Queen beds with white bed linens, bathrooms with white towels, organic shampoo and conditioner, fully equipped kitchen including Le Creuset cookware, beautiful native plant garden, all in a walkable and friendly neighborhood in the heart of downtown Charleston.

Palm House is walkable to restaurants, local spots, boutiques, dog-friendly parks, and classic examples of historic Charleston architecture. Some favorite local spots to explore during your time at Palm House include The Ordinary on King Street (best in seafood), Fuel Cantina (quirky and FUN), Hall's Chophouse (the best steak and lively scene), The Darling Oyster Bar, and Babas on Cannon and Brown's Court Bakery (amazing breakfast goodies).

Enjoy outside on patio, morning coffee on porches.

One important feature to note is Palm House accommodates all guests in ONE House. It is not divided into multiple units and there are not neighboring Vrbos.
Living room doors open directly onto patio offering outdoor seating and additional space as well.

Parking is located onsite on a private driveway and within steps to the front door.

Perfect Charleston House!

Great Stay Great Location Great City

The house was VERY clean, the beds were awesome to sleep in… we actually slept in a couple mornings! The neighborhood is full of amazing restaurants… and just a short stroll to King St. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful location, but management a bit faulty

Generally fine except that during the first two days a loud. alarm went on intermittently (including during sleeping hours).. It stopped after the first two days. The location was perfect for our group.

70th birthdays celebration

Great time at the Palm House. Nice to have a single family home that was quiet, homey, and comfortable. Our family of 9 had plenty of room to spread out. Lots of extra amenities were provided. Enjoyed that it was convenient walking distance to restaurants, bakeries, etc. The host was easy to communicate with. Would book again.

Perfect Stay!

We loved Palm House and had a great time. House was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the neighborhood and walking to restaurants and King Street. Host was accommodating with check in and out requests. Thank you - we will be back!
